“I enjoy going to this location... I was new to the area and the desk attendant Bob was very kind and welcoming. He always has such an energetic personality that almost allows you to forget anything else that's wrong with your day. Overtime his demeanor has been unwavering. He genuinely is kind and I always look forward to his exuberance when I come to this location. Jim is also kind and often has candy. Overall I would recommend this location most importantly because they also pick up their phone which saves you a trip if you can have you a question clarified over the phone. I just hope their Self Service/P.O Box portion was 24 hours like some or opened later”

I went to send a mail in the afternoon on Friday March 11th, and the guy in the window was so polite, nice and efficient. I wish USPS would invest and probably spruce up the place, similar to newer facilities I see in other areas of the country. This would probably make the space more inviting for staff and customers.Overall, I use USPS more than the other services. “I have been going there for 3 years THE BEST usps location. Very nice and friendly staff and they are working fast, which is important. Stuff smiles to you and being nice. Just my favorite spot for sending mail and packages. I usually send them with Steven, but if he is busy with someone else, I go to another person and never got any problems. “I've had a PO Box at this locations for years. Only recently w my long hours at work have I had a hard time picking up my packages. But every time I go there someone is willing to help me out. I've dealt with two different gentlemen, one of them I met today, his name is Gerry. He's the postmaster along with doing other roles at the same time. He went above and beyond to help me out. Was extremely friendly and even took the time to have a conversation with me. He is a true professional in customer service. His kindness and politeness put my faith back in the working world. “This is a great little PO hiding out in Nonantum, it is only open Monday - Friday BUT it does open at 7:30 so you can do whatever you need early. It is small, but really efficient so you can get in-and-out. I have brought in several packages over the last few months, Tina has been at the counter each time and is really friendly.”
