“I had purchased a pair of Levolor vinyl roller shades online, and needed the width of each roll trimmed to the perfect size. No one was working in the window treatment area at the time I arrived there, so I pressed a button to call for assistance. Stephen from the Flooring Dept. came over and graciously offered his help. What a great employee! He was polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and attentive. He knew exactly what he was doing, and provided me with prompt and exemplary customer service. Two thumbs way up for Stephen at Lowes store number 1758! These days, it's so hard to get good customer service anywhere, so when I do, I have to give praise where (and to whom) it is due!”
