Wow, I can’t say enough good things. These guys were great. I called for an emergency Motorcycle trailer and they had just what I needed. Painless and easy, couldn’t have been more smooth and the rates were unbelievable and the fact they were able to help me out on a Sunday was CLUTCH!!! highly recommend!!!

Do not rent from this location. The only reason they got 1 Star is because I couldn’t go lower. The guys who work here don’t know the U-Haul system and will mess your contract up. I rented a 10 ft truck from there for a few hours, didn’t go over mileage, filled the tank back up and dropped it off a few hours later, my card was charged 3 different times that totaled 3 times what I was expecting. When I called them the told me to call the 1800 number. The 1800 number then told me that the contract that had been set up for this rental, using my phone number, my debit card, and my drivers license, was put under someone elses name, locking me out of the contract and not able to tell me anything more than what I could provide or guess. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE IF YOU DONT WANT PROBLEMS.

The guys were very nice and when I called they held the truck in my name until I could get there.

Great experience. Efficient, friendly and helpful staff (though busy and I must laugh at the fellow with one phone to his left ear and another to his right. Renting a u-haul trailer to move a small apartment was difficult through the u-haul website. I wanted a small covered trailer. The main u-haul website kept switching me to an uncovered one. I searched every neighborhood u-haul within 12 miles and no 4x8 or 5x8 ones were to be found so I "reserved" one (but with no guarantee) at the main u-haul website. I had found one single one near me, at a neighborhood dealer that I am reviewing now), an 6x12 but did not need that size. On the day I was moving I called the main site (not this site) and I was surprised that they gave me a free upgrade to a 6x12 at the 4x8 price and sent me to the place near me (which I am reviewing now). The 4x8 was half the price and that is what I paid for. I was a bit apprehensive of a "large trailer" but in the and, boy oh boy was I happy. I was so surprise to see my "small apartment" fill that 6x12. Note: Simply include the insurance in the total price, you're foolish if you do not buy the insurance and the trailer becomes damaged uhaul will charge you for "loss of business" meaning if it's out for 30 days being repaired it's possibly for this trailer $90 x 30 = $2700 + the cost of repair. Check the tires, blow-outs are NOT covered and are the most common reasons for claims.
