This is the worst post office I've ever been to, they employees are nasty, the postal workers park in handicapped spots, go to Whitman or anywhere else.

I run a eCommerce business from my house - I have never had an issue with them - They always pickup on time - The manager is a great guy. Many times I am late 5:05 or 5:10 and they take the package.

Nice enough staff but very disorganized.They delivered My mail from July 2022. The only problem is it’s February 2024 and when I spoke to them about it they blamed me. The woman behind the counter kept blaming me even when I asked her how I could possibly be responsible for mail being delivered a year and a half late. I don’t believe they train much on customer service at the USPS.When someone in my home moved and changed address, the entire household lost their mail for over almost 2 months because the post office sent everybody’s mail to the new address instead of just the one person. Thankfully, most things can be done online these days.

There is one woman there who is truly amazing. She is always helping me there! She helped me mail some foreign currency to a buddy of mine in North Carolina. She also knows my box number secondhand and has my packages ready when she sees me coming from the parking lot.She is very helpful and the definition of great customer service. There should be more postal workers like her.

The individuals in this office work very hard but have not always been pleasant over the years. The law office I worked for had a very important piece of mail that was not being forwarded from our old address in Hanson, and was floating around on mail trucks. I spoke to Megan, and she was so unbelievably helpful. She was able to physically track down the mail while I was still on the phone and hold it for us. She deserves all of the accolades and was so friendly and understanding.

This post office marks items as delivered right before 5:00 p.m. closing time to meet their quota even if your package is not delivered.

This has to be the nastiest Post Master I have ever met. At the post office, Watching him work, it was clear he had no idea what he was doing. The 1st time I met him I wanted to COMPLiMENT an employee. He could not be bothered introducing himself and was less than gracious with my COMPLIMENT. The second time he was delivering packages and I asked if I could ask him a question. He said "yes." He never bothered to look at me, smile or introduce himself. He ended up yelling at me several times "we do the best we can." If he can't accept a COMPLIMENT with a smile and a thank you or answer a simple question - find another job!!

I have brought packages and bigger mail here two times but never went back because the staff is always rude. They have a huge attitude about everything. I would recommend going to a surrounding town's post office. EB and Whitman have great locations with helpful/friendly staff!

We haven't gotten mail in 3 days. The postmaster harassed us when we inquired and yelled at us last time he had to come out and deliver mail himself. It's a very scary environment.

Came in with a few questions, I'm moving and with a change of address lost some mail, was met with scoffs, eye rolls and an attitude that made it sound like I was waisting her time somehow. Apparently you're not supposed to ask the mail clerks about mail related information. Still don't know where anything is.
