“Probably the best customer service I’ve ever had. Thought my delivery was lost, turns out family member grabbed it and didn’t tell anyone. Found out after I had emailed customer service to ask how I could submit a claim. Immediately got a reply saying a replacement item was being shipped at no charge. Will return the duplicate item, and just got online and bought something else, and will purchase more in the future.”

“All the associates I've encountered in this Kohls are great! I placed an order online for in-store pickup, but there was no way to specify that I needed a gift receipt during the online checkout. The associate at the store (Melissa) took the time to look at various ways to print out a gift receipt and when it didn't seem like there was a way, she offered to return the items and buy them back (honoring my original coupons) and gave me the gift receipts I needed! It was really nice to have such a friendly and helpful sales associate especially during a time when retailers are extra busy!”

She let me know the fit to look for, what occasions certain outfits would be good for, and when something didn’t fit. I’m not super comfortable shopping for clothes and I haven’t done a lot of it - I really appreciate how kind and helpful everyone here was and I will definitely be coming back!”

“The Charity Guild in Brockton has done and continues to provide for many of our Brockton Public School families.
