I respect their skill and labor, so I do not mind paying for quality.
Their dog treats are a great way to be a no-waste farm. They are good stewards of their land when they sell meat snout to tail. BTW, their chicken livers and chicken feet are like crack for my Foxhound!
My favorite item is their bacon. It isn't over salted, and it doesn't shrink to nothing in the pan when cooking it. It holds its shape because the cells are healthy and that is a testament to how the animals are treated.”
