Beautiful property! We talked to the mother of the owner and learned the white building was almost 300 years old! The apple pie wine was great!

Such a lovely place to go. I tried five wines for $10 and you get a cute signature glass to take with you. They have seasonal flavors I got a watermelon and chocolate raspberry to take home. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. Live music, beautiful views, and ample seating with Adirondack chairs!!! Would absolutely come back and look forward to doing so đˇâ¤ď¸

They jump ship when review stars start dropping. Had a horrible wine yankee boy I believe itâs called I searched for other reviews on other platforms to make sure it wasnât me and it turns out itâs not me. And instead they reply to the customers they donât they just go make another business listing somewhere else âŚ

Happened upon the great little winery while out on the bikes for a ride. Enjoyed a wonderful lunch along with a flight of wines to sample. Generous pours with the flights here allowing you to have a more than a sip to sample. We came home with a couple bottles and were very impressed by the staff. This will definitely be on our list for another stop when we have time to sit outside and listen to some music as well.

Hardwick has a broad selection of unique wines. Want a wine slushie? You can have that! Want a pitcher of sangria? Yup, you can have that as well. Want to take a bottle home? Of course you can!
Enjoy your wine upstairs, downstairs, on the covered veranda, or out on the lawn. Want a quiet spot? Walk on the grounds, sit in the gazebo or pavilion, or set up a lawn chair anywhere.
Hardwick often presents live music and hosts seasonal events throughout the year.
Finally, you can bring snacks to enjoy with your wine. Enjoy!

My husbandâs and my first time here, and we donât plan on visiting again solely based on my interaction with the owner!!! We drove an hour out to the winery from where we live. We attended their Fall Craft Festival Labor Day weekend. After we bought a few things from the vendors, we walked around and made our way over to where the building is where their wine is sold. We were wondering if there was anything upstairs. As we were ascending the stairs, a female employee/owner at the bottom of the stairs was telling the young woman in front of us that there was some issue with the bathroom on that floor. My husband is deaf so did not hear the conversation. I commented to my husband on the space & how it would be nice to have an event there, he agreed. As we were about ready to go back downstairs, he asked me if I had to use the bathroom as there was one there. I said no, but that the owner said there was an issue with the bathroom. Immediately upon saying that, a man that was a few feet away from us approached us & said âIâm the owner, is there a problem?!â In a very nasty tone! I said no, my husband was asking me if I needed to use the bathroom and I told him that the owner said that there was some issue with the bathroom. He said âYes! And as soon as someone comes out, I am going to take care of it!â I said okay, I know nothing about the bathroom, and proceeded to explain to him that my husband was asking me if I needed to use the bathroom and I was telling him that an employee was telling another woman that there was an issue with the bathroomâŚ.He was VERY defensive & acted like I was complaining or something when I was simply telling my husband what the female employee had said! I was so turned off by the confrontation that I just wanted to leave! My daughter was driving from an hour away to meet us, or I would have just left! She met us and we literally stayed until she purchased something at one of the vendors for her puppy, and we all left! That man was literally so mean that he put a damper on the entire day! I just kept returning to that confrontation over and over again and just could not understand it! First of all, eavesdropping on a conversation I was having with my deaf husband, secondly to insert himself in our conversation, and thirdly to verbally attack me like I did or said something wrong! Thatâs how you treat a customer??!! I wonât ever be returning!!!

Came here Sunday. I do find the wines and grounds nice however I would recommend the 2 women working be a bit more friendly/personable. We walked up to the ordering area and one woman did say hello, but literally nothing after that. I stated we were looking to do a tasting. I then had to ask how theirs worked as she gave no further info. Just a little awkward
