Great service! They got my Stihl backpack blower running as good as new. Mechanic is awesome and the owners were very helpful and courteous. Highly recommend them for any outdoor power equipment.

Brought my snowblower on a Saturday around noon in because the wheels locked up. I told them to check it out and fix anything that needed fixing as well as giving it a tune up. It was ready on Monday! They gave me a synopsis of what the checked and what they did for upkeep and repair. The condition that I got it back in was GREAT! It runs better than when I bought it new! The quick turn-around was wonderful, the price was reasonable and they treated me with respect and courtesy. I highly recommend this business!

Great first time experience with Harvard Outdoor Power Equipment. I called on a Monday morning looking to buy a walk behind leaf blower and had a particular model in mind. Sean answered right away and was very helpful. He checked their inventory and reported they had a few of the exact model I was looking for. He set me up as a new customer in their system, registered the model I was purchasing, and processed my order. The entire process took 10 minutes. The blower was delivered to my home 2 days later, assembled, fuel /oil filled, and tested to run well. The delivery driver was friendly, helpful, and right on the target time they anticipated. Very happy with my experience from start to finish with Harvard Outdoor Power Equipment.

They fix stuff. They know about recalls on older equipment. They know about fixes to keep older stuff going.

I brought in my Ariens Snowblower because the carburetor was clogged. They rebuilt the carburator and The snowblower never ran so strong ! The got the job done within 2 weeks as promised before the Blizzard of 2022 hit. They did go over budget of the estimate of $125, but not by too much at ~ $150. They did want to repair a host of maintenance parts on the snow blower that ran to over a $650 repair, but those Items I knew were worn, but do not need to immediately get changed. When those items go, I will probably bring the snowblower back to them for repair.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. If you are considering having any equipment serviced at Harvard DON''T DO IT. I bought a piece of equipment in to be service on May 25 2021. 9 weeks later they called me and told me they could not find a part and asked me to search for the part online. It was a screw! I went to pick it up. They would not return the $25 deposit., said they had 'done work on it' but it wasn't fixed. I am not the only one. On the two occasions I was at their store other individuals were there picking up their equipment because it had no been serviced. Don't see how this place stays in business much longer. Try Cason's over in Lowell. I bought my equipment to them and had it back in two days. So much for blaming it on the inability to 'get parts'. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY.Response to Steve: Steve, you are not telling the truth. I never once heard from you until week 9 when you told me to look for the screws myself. Prior to that I called on 3 occasions and was told that the parts were arriving the next week and if they did not someone would call me. I never heard from anyone. Find your integrity Steve. If anyone lacks personal character it is you. Casons had the parts and the blower fixed in 2 days. You might want to find another line of work.

Nothing but good experiences, I will continue to use Harvard outdoor power as I grow my lawn care business. Their service department goes above and beyond. My previous experiences with Nashua outdoor power has led me to choose Harvard as my equipment dealer. Owner is always attentive and very friendly. Highly recommended!

Called Harvard Outdoor power looking for a pressure washer. I spoke with Steve who took the time to explain all the differences between models . Everyone there was very friendly and helpful.
