Jarmo's estimate was half of what Audi quoted me, so I brought my car in. I got a call shortly thereafter telling me that it was perfectly fine and didn't need replaced, and that I could pick it up. I will be bringing all 3 of my vehicles there for any future service!”
“Made an appointment for a Wednesday morning, they got the car right in, called and gave me an estimate for wheel bearing and brakes about 45 minutes later. They also provided info about other things the car might need in the future so I could decide if the repair was worth it and that it was too involved to be all done that day. Told them I needed the car for the weekend and had it back by the afternoon on Friday. Great communication, clearly take pride in their work and use quality parts.”
