High quality beach chairs that don't last... I had this beach chair for little over a year, and used it about 4-5 times total . *(I normally use my yeti chair). I went to open the chair last week and the wood just snapped.... Contacted CCBC and sent pictures and videos.... You would think with such an expensive chair they would replace the part... But I was informed I had to BUY the part myself and make the repair myself... I highly suggest reconsidering your purchase of this chair as I thought I was buying something that would last on the beach. My yeti has been on the 30-40 times this year already without a single problem.

Of course I asked for a replacement chair at first, but would have appreciated you just sending a replacement part.. Its a $240 chair that broke in a little over a year with barely any use...... To say this was from normal ware and tare, or regular use is a complete lie. It happened when I was OPENING the chair after only 4-5 uses... I encourage future customers to read the owners response and to take how you will be treated into account of your purchase. ALSO make sure to read their detailed warranty page.....

Justin and his employees at Cape Cod Beach Chair Company have amazing customer service! I placed my order on June 23, 2025 and received the wonderful chair on June 26th!! I also received a call to make sure that I was choosing the best color for the personalized name on the chair. This chair was a birthday gift for my son's girlfriend. She loves her new Cape Cod Beach Chair!
This is the 4th chair we have ordered from Cape Cod Beach Chair Company. We also have friends at the beach who after seeing our chairs, have all ordered multiple chairs. We have two chairs that we have been using for 4 years, they still look great! Highly recommend these quality, well-built chairs.

Just took delivery of my Cape Cod Beach Chair. Very impressed with the quality of the materials and construction. Well built, comfortable and durable. Loved the design, look and embroidery. Definitely worth the price.

There are no bad reviews of these chairs for reason (well, hers does NOT count..) Trust me... I'm a snob...I'm pickie...I'm hard to please... These are quality and will last years...You can just tell by handling it. It'll even look more "luxurious" the more it used.Maybe your canvas will fade but que sera. Maybe CCBC will sell you a new set,IDK. BUY THEM..TREAT YOURSELF!

These chairs are excellent! I also just purchased one of their new beach umbrellas. Awesome. Also awesome....their customer service is top notch. They made a small error and were quick to rectify, returning my email after hours very quickly. Thank you Justin!

My wife had purchased 3 chairs from here and I went to pick them up earlier this week. They were monogrammed and one was perfect but the other 2 were a different color from what we wanted. Not necessarily their fault but I was in a rush and couldn't wait around for a redo. Justin stepped in and immediately dealt with me respectfully and professionally. He offered to remake the seats and send them overnight via UPS. They showed up yesterday and were perfect. Needless to say, this type of customer service is rare in todays world. Great job Justin! We will be back for further purchases.
