This place is definitely not as efficient as it was a few years ago. Much slower and much less sense of urgency. Care was fine but just much slower and it wasn’t busy.

My 70 year old mother with COPD and asthma went here to get Paxlovid after a positive COVID test and the doctor would not prescribe it to her because day 1 of her symptoms were not severe. But according to The NY Times, Paxlovid is being under prescribed for many reasons including this: “But the point of Paxlovid is to prevent Covid from getting severe. The medication works best when prescribed in the first few days after a patient shows symptoms, so a doctor does not have time to wait to see how bad an infection gets.” This is absolutely ridiculous.

Arrived Monday AM with lots of other people. Quick sign in. They have a computer monitor that shows expected wait time range which was nice. I was seeing someone within 20 minutes despite it being busy. The PA Lindsey used their state of the art eye cart to diagnose my issue and send me on my way.

Went yesterday when I wasn't feeling well. Wait time was minimal, staff was friendly and helpful, left feeing more confident. Appreciated having this quick, no drama option for a minor medical need. Thank you.

Was having ongoing severe problems with diarrhea and went to Fontaine. I must first say that most of my interactions with the staff are stellar! But the last time I went I saw a female NP. She was cold, demeaning, judgemental, and mean. She put her hand on her hip and said, "What exactly do you want from us?" I said, diagnosis and treatment. She sent me home with a vial for a stool sample. No anomalies were found. Fortunately I ended up in Tobey Hospital ER. The nurse there said it sounded like I had colitis which was proved with a CT scan. I was also severely dehydrated and had to have a whole bag of IV saline fluid.. I called Fontaine and asked to speak with a manager and was told one would contact me. Nothing yet. I literally could have died from dehydration! Finally got a call from a manager and although she did listen to my complaint she kept praising the NP. She said maybe the NP was having a 'bad day'. She vacillated betwixt semi-validating me and praising the NP whose bed side manner leaves a lot to be desired.

In January 2023, my fiancé went to urgent care complaining of feelings of food getting stuck in his throat and he had an episode of syncope, they brushed it off, agreeing with the guess of the patient stating it could be food poisoning. He went back again a couple weeks later, stating he really needed a referral to get an endoscopy done because he wasn’t keeping down, even liquids… they lied stating they would give a referral, but then 2 weeks later, told him they don’t give them. Jon finally begged a specialist to please be seen because he was literally dying of dehydration. Long story short, it ended up ACTUALLY being STAGE IV Adenocarcinoma of the esophagus, which is spread to the liver and lymph nodes. BE your own self advocate and demand more extensive care. Be very careful of going here.

Tested positive for Covid this morning. Called to see if I could come by and be prescribed Paxlovid as I am at risk being 70 years old with cancer. She said she couldn’t guarantee that I could get a Presription if I went there. Then said “Why don’t you just do what everyone else does and stay home for 5 days and then wear a mask when you go out”. I guess this is the state of healthcare on the Cape. Sad. I would suggest going to another healthcare provider. Maybe one that cares a bit.

A great clinic and staff, these Medical Professionals are severely overworked in a very understaffed facility which is far too small.

BEST URGENT CARE IN TOWN. After going to Carewell in South Dennis where they had no interest in helping. I didn't want to waste a trip so I called Fontaine and spoke with Ashley who assured me that they would be able to help me. Went in and was checkin by Ashley who was amazing. Went right into a room and met with Courtney NP who was equally as amazing. What I needed took quite a bit of patience which she was.

Excellent experience! Went early on Sunday morning! I was 4th in line. Checked in on line, sat down for less than 5 minutes. The receptionist took the rest of my info & payment. I was immediately brought to a room, minutes later the nurse/tech came into take my vitals. The doctor was in to see me less than 10 minutes later, X-ray was next. Every single person I came in contact with was super nice, friendly and professional! I was out of there -- with a prescription already called Into the pharmacy in exactly 1 hour!Thank you for being there on Sunday morning! Bravo all around!

Arrived at 3pm on an August Monday afternoon for a blocked up ear due to wax, etc so was unable to hear on that side. Only one person in waiting room chairs. Checked in via kiosk and probably only two+ minutes later, was called to desk to complete process. Nurse did vitals and seen by doctor by maybe 3:15 at latest. Nurse did ear cleaning promptly and was checked out at about 3:25! Very satisfied with this prompt service though did come at an apparently relatively quiet time.

We had a wonderful experience for urgent care for our daughter. We were in and out so quickly and everyone was wonderful! I would definitely recommend and visit again!

My mom broke her shoulder, and this urgent care took care of her so well. From intake, to the RNs, to the radiology techs, to the MDs—everyone was concerned and kind. Highly recommend!
