The tour includes a presentation where visitors learn a great deal and can sample raw frozen cranberries, sweetened dried cranberries, and refreshing freezer pops. Several friendly dogs also join the tour, adding to the fun. The highlight for many is the incredibly informative and amazing presentation in the shed after the bus portion. Some visitors found the tour bus to be stinky, musty, and uncomfortable, with poor visibility from the windows. They wished for more opportunities to get out at stops instead of remaining seated. Reservations are required and should be made at least a day in advance, with payment accepted upon arrival. The tour concludes at a small store where visitors can purchase cranberry products, honey, and other themed items using cash only.
