The food was very good, but the service was terrible because the waitress was rude and didn’t make efforts to help us with what we wanted. And there was multiple mistakes in the orders and she didn’t make efforts to solve them.

Perhaps the worst experience I have ever had. 4 people ordered breakfast and 3 of 5 breakfast's were delivered to the table. Without comment the 4th breakfast took a bit longer, much longer if the server was just returning to pick up that last plate. When I did finally get my food - Egg's Benedict - it was served on a RAW English muffin with NO CANADIAN BACON. Clearly they forgot this plate and then tried to make up for it with a rush job. The server never came out to ask how the food was and if she had I might have pointed out the problem and actually wound up eating there. But because of the initial delay and then the screwed up food I left without eating. Terrible service combined with uneatable food. What a waste of my time, never again. If I could give a lower rating I would!

A great place to go on a weekend day for a round of golf. The grounds are lush.

While I haven’t played the course yet, I took my grandson to the driving range here and had a great time. The price is fair and the range was nice. The course looks beautiful and I hope to try it some day. We checked out the pro shop and clubhouse. The bar/dining room looked nice. Nothing pretentious but very homey nonetheless. Looking forward to returning some day and trying out both the course and the Clubhouse.

Great course. Fun holes and was in great shape, greens were soft but slow and tee boxes were in good condition too. Got around in just over 4.5 hours. Definitely a "resort" course as the fairways were forgiving. Only 4 stars because it was $110 for a Monday. BUT, I would play again.

Some of the best golfing on Cape Cod. Plus the restaurant on site is affordable and has great food.

Their non member tee time reservation system is the horrible, horrific and horrendous. The system keeps instructing to choose another tee time. It did that 8 times.I am done trying to play at this course. Calling the pro shop got me nowhere. Customer service and empathy are missing. What a horror show?

Great track. Tough to get on before 9am if you're not a member. Staff is nice & food is good too.

Some destinations just exude golf - and Cranberry Valley is one of them. Arriving, whether senior golfer or devout newbie, one encounters "wraparound" golf; and undulating practice greens, an expansive driving range or the rustic clubhouse beckon. (And each is near impeccable.) Lastly, 19th hole zealots - or the famished, will find a nice range of libations and fresh tavern fare dished by perky staffers like Cici and Lisa. So just relax. And go enjoy a full golfing experience!

Cranberry Valley is a golf mecca. Pass a couple par fives east of an actually cranberry bog through a forest, and a panoramic vista awaits. And if heaven for the true golfer requires only a well-manicured, undulating course flanked by practice areas and a clubhouse complete with a broad deck touting generous fare and a view, then the "pearly gates" have opened at Cranberry Valley. On a recent September visit, our first, the vibe was a cross between Augusta, Nantucket and New Bedford - devout aficionados of the game blending with weekend wannabes sneaking off for a slice of links' utopia and a chance to wager on a sport one's actually playing. After a brisk warmup on and about a green (short game, y'know), we sauntered over to the honey clubhouse and Jake's. And we were "shocked, shocked" (not really) that despite the modest hour (before noon), a handful of happy golfers (that's not a misprint) were living large with libations to match. Strolling to the deck, affable servers Cici and Lisa delivered brunch food and good old-fashioned hospitality enough to lighten any round or shaved wallet. So when you grow weary and need a much deserved respite, get there to the land of milk, honey and lush greens, Cranberry Valley.

Came for the driving range. It’s well maintained and reasonable price. It gets crowded as the day goes, so come early if you want to avoid the crowd.

Food was good. CJ was an amazing server. Hollandaise sauce was the best I've ever tasted.

Absolutely dying of laughter from the review of Steve M.!! OBVIOUSLY, he never investigated the actual cost of 8 golfers, prime time (before 1:00) at CV, which is only $824 "with a cart" and nowhere near the prices he's quoting. AND I know he's never golfed at Captains because dealing with the Pro Shop and, especially the Ranger, is aggravating to say the least; treating customers like they are bothering them AND it's been that way for years! (That's the main reason I do not golf there anymore.) Staff at CV is amazing and always willing to go the extra step. The course is in amazing shape for the amount of play it gets and the Superintendent makes sure it stays that way; rain or no rain! Not sure who Steve M. is but he obviously never golfs on Cape Cod in the summer, because he seems to want to golf for peanuts, and didn't try very hard to get a tee time at CV. How about picking up a phone?? CV starts taking advanced reservations in January... A little over the top, aren't you?? (and I'm sure you never played Pebble Beach either) :0
