I have gone here a couple of times and all the workers look miserable. One time I went in, there seemed to be a supervisor making unnecessary, rude comments to a worker. When I first started going here, there was a different manager and I had never seen the workers so happy. However, in the last few months, there seems to be someone else in charge and everything has gone downhill from there. This place used to be so organized and now it is a complete mess. I will no longer be going to this CVS due to the ignorance that seems to be displayed here at the store.

Despite having an appointment for a vaccination, I was kept waiting. They forgot about me behind the screen and I had to remind them that I was waiting. Vaccine area was dirty. The pharmacist was pleasant.

Worst service. Prescription sent in Friday afternoon. Friday night I was able to get automated response saying it was in process. I figured it would be ready for pick up Saturday morning. Wrong! I was told by a pharmacist on the phone that they are under staffed and have a backlog of weeks for scripts. I explained I needed it ASAP and was told they could not say it would be under three hours, but definitely by the end of the night. Wrong again. I have now been waiting over an hour for them to pick up my phone call. This is totally unacceptable. They don't deserve any stars.

I had great experiences and relationships with other CVS stores I have visited in the past. I have been a loyal customer for decades. I recently moved to a family home in Harwich. I reached out to this CVS to become my primary store for vaccinations, shopping, and prescription refills. My first call I was hung up on after asking to speak with the pharmacist and again when I called back and store manager (Kristen Leary?) hung up on me when I called and asked for her name in order to initiate a conversation informing her of the previous call. If you want a place where you can build healthy relationships for care and service, look elsewhere.

They sent me a text message canceling my daughter's covid test which she needed to get TODAY so she could go to camp. Since that text looked just like the one confirming my appointment, I didn't notice it. I drove 25 minutes to be told that they weren't doing tests that day and they had no more information for me. I found a walk in urgent care place and had to wait two hours to get her a test. CVS never fails to disappoint.

Find a different pharmacy! I have been going here for years and within the last year it has gone down hill. Prescriptions take forever and are NEVER ready in a timely fashion. They constantly say it's because they are short staffed. Some of the staff are not overly friendly. I have been there while the phone has been ringing and no one answers it. More times than not, they have told me to come back even though I get a text saying it's ready. I understand being understaffed, but people can not make multiple trips. Go to the Chatham CVS pharmacy, they are awesome and scripts are always ready.

Went to the pharmacy 7:05pm, Friday May 7, 2021. I was the only o e in line. The girl behind the counter was filling orders. She looked at me and continued what she was doing. She never acknowledged me. I stood there awhile longer and finally left. Not the first time I've had poor service here. Even mentioned the other times of poor service to my Dr. . He stayed he had heard this from other people.

Took them forever to answer the phone to the pharmacy (~15min) and the guy who answered sounded like he completely hated his job. Also didn't provide clear information for me on picking up a prescription the next day. The CVS app was more informative! Not a welcoming customer service kinda place clearly

This vote is based on my most recent experience with this particular CVS when the Tornados were coming through Harwich. The alert came through our phones and seeking shelter, went to go into CVS as certainly being in this building was safer than in our car. The CVS worker yelled through the locked doors "THERE'S A TORNADO WARNING YOU CANT COME IN." Are you SERIOUS?! Yelling at us through locked glass doors in a state of emergency that we can't come in? So so absurd. I've never heard of such a thing in my life and this alone would make me not return to CVS.

The customer service at this pharmacy is always excellent. I use an off-Cape pharmacy and also this pharmacy in Harwich and they do a great job of managing my prescriptions. Always courteous and always helpful.
