Andrea is the best phlebotomist I have ever met. I was a phlebotomist and medic in the Army, so I knew a good one when I met someone like Andrea.
She is kind, careful, patient, and can find a vein even when they are not visible on the skin.

Went online to make appointment the night before, super easy. I was sent email verification and then a text link in the morning to check in. Hardly waited a minute when I got there. Dolores was outstanding!! Truly, a master phlobotomist!

I’ve had two out of three really annoying experiences here. You’d think with Jesus and god everywhere in their offices that they’d have some compassion and understanding, instead of being rude and completely judgmental.

The office is dirty and the staff is incredibly rude. I would not trust them to take bloodwork. I walked out and will find another company.

Unbelievable. After waiting an hour past my scheduled appointment, I was informed by the only tech in the office they would be unable to run a pre-employment screening.Why was I allowed to sign into the system if there was no one there to conduct the test? Why did no one come out and inform me of this? I scheduled everything properly and showed up 10 minutes early, only to have to burn an hour of PTO for no reason.

They need to announce that they do not take walk ins. VERY rude and inefficient.Two technicians and nobody would talk to me. No patients waiting I was told I needed to make an appointment for three hours later.

Very fast, easy and efficient process. I have had 3 Covid PCR tests here. Make appointment online. Check in from your car outside, then they will text you when it's time to go inside. I was back outside in under 10 minutes. They are always within a few minutes of scheduled time. Staff at this location have always been professional and efficient. I've been getting my lab work done here for years and recommend them without hesitation.

I went in and was one of two people waiting.in a very short time more people came into this tiny room with only 4 chairs but seven people. Staff brought me into the room to get blood test. I gave her my papers and photo ID and she tied blue thing around myarm and stepped over tt get syringe and as she coughed into her mask and then sneezed and coughed again. I took my papers and ID in a Kleenex and wanted to leave but she had needle stuck in. my armand drew blood. I got out of there as fast as I could and will NEVER go there again!
