Reflections offered to àrgue with other insurance company re difference over labor costs. They worked with the rental company to make it convenient for pickup and drop off. Staff was friendly and explained everything. My car was done a day early and was detailed. I will return if i need to.

Great customer service and took the time to explain and help me deal with insurance issues in any way they could. Thank you so much for the effort and work you guys did, truly left the car looking better than before. Even cleaned the car inside and out!

What a great job!! Reflections Auto Restoration in Harwich MA made my car look like new - like it was never in an accident! They were so great to work with, finished the job on time as promised, even cleaned the inside before I picked it up! I don't leave many reviews but wanted to recommend them since they did such a great job and made the process so easy.

Great experience! Responsive, professional, and pleasant. We contacted other shops too, but Reflections was the only shop that showed a genuine interest in our repair project.

First of all, I have never posted an online review before for any business. But I am doing so here for the first time because I am so incredibly impressed with the amazing job Charlie and his staff at Reflections Auto Restoration did in painting my car and restoring it to its original glory. Just amazing craftsmanship and care and attention to detail! The price was reasonable, the breakdown of the estimate was really clear and detailed, and throughout the process they kept me updated on their work. Charlie and Bianca were so pleasant to deal with at every step. My car was in terrible shape, needed some dents removed and parts replaced as well. It now literally looks like it just came off the production line brand new. I have no idea how they could effect such a dramatic transformation. These folks are real artists, and I’m so delighted I found them (really impressive web site, by the way). I give them my highest recommendation!

Reflections did a beautiful job on my vintage bug, you can't even there was work done! ? The staff couldn't be more friendly or knowledgeable. I will recommend them to anybody, five stars across the board!!

Best body shop on Cape Cod. My car looks like new again and their staff are very kind and helpful. They help me a lot with the whole insurance process. Basically I just dropped off and picked up my car done. Thank you Reflections

I left my car in the care of Charles and Bianca and they carried out the entire process with the insurance company.
The work went faster than expected and the car looked like new.

I had the best experience at Reflections! After a landscaping truck backed into my parked car, I took recommendations and searched online for body shops near me. Reflections had the best online reviews and was recommended by a friend. The company is under new ownership, however the former owner had worked with them, and they haven’t missed a beat. Great service, friendly and understanding personnel, and a reasonable time frame left me with my car looking like new. Bianca in the office was so helpful. It turned out that Mapfre’s appraiser works with them and that they are an approved Mapfre auto body shop. I was able to get my car right in, the following week. Parts ordered and paint matched perfectly left me an extremely happy customer! I highly recommend Reflections Auto Restoration and Collision. Thank you for a job well done!

Awesome service! I brought my 2019 escape in for repairs to my right front fender. The staff was very friendly and kept me up to date on repairs. The car was even finished earlier then expected. I will use them again if I ever need repairs done again.

I am giving Reflections Auto Restoration and Collision a 5 star rating for the excellent work they did on my rear fender. It looks just like it came out of a new car showroom. All of the staff were wonderful to work with, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. If need be in the future, I will definitely go back to them.
