I had an amazing weekend at Safe Harbor. The host, Paul, is an great guy who makes you feel right at home.. and his cooking is to die for. The rooms are beautiful, welcoming, and I can't rave enough about the unbelievably comfortable bed! Of course, I can't leave out the adorable house beagles which want nothing but love♡♡♡ I'd highly recommend staying at Safe Harbor if you're ever in the area or you're looking for a getaway. Great place, great people, and great conversation!

Host/Owner Paul is very accomodating and easy-going. The Inn is clean, quiet and i felt very at-home there for the week. I recommend this place to anyone out there, rates are fair, a short drive to the beach, close to the bicycle path and cranberry bogs! Enjoy!

Finding a great affordable option on Cape Cod on Memorial Day weekend can be hard. We live in NYC and were heading up for a wedding and needed to find something-- we found Safe Harbor online and completely lucked out. We booked months ago having no idea what to expect...and we were beyond thrilled with our stay. Paul and Joan were so friendly, and we instantly felt at home. The rooms are clean and well restored (none of that musty scent that sometimes comes along with b&bs in older homes), the bed was very comfortable. Lilacs were in bloom that weekend, and the vases of them in our rooms reminded me of my childhood in Maine. In fact, one of my many favorite aspects of Safe Harbor was the true New England feel. At breakfast near beautiful original stained glass windows (decorated with old medicine bottles and pocket watches), and walls with drawings of historic homes, there was fresh coffee and absolutely delicious fare. On the first morning Paul made French toast with caramelized bananas and fluffy farm fresh scrambled eggs (with the option of a hot sauce made from peppers in their garden--yum!). Second morning Joan made an amazing egg and sausage casserole and waffles with a berry sauce. She sent us on the road with cookies and coffee in travel mugs. We would definitely stay there again, and will be recommending to friends!
