Not a lot of attention paid to inconsistencies in a prescription. Prescription stated 1 pill every six hour for 20 days for post surgical pain. To me, doing simple math that would add up to 120. Quantity provided was less than half that amount(#52). I don’t know who provided the 52 to go by but I would think an observant pharmacist would pick up on those inaccuracies and make a call to doctor’s office! This is the second time I’ve been shorted by the pharmacy on this same medication. Last prescription they didn’t have enough stock of med on hand so gave me what they had and told my wife to come back in a couple days for the balance of quantity from prescription. When she returned, they told her they couldn’t give the balance of pills due on the prescription because of something about time passed?

Please fix whatever glitch is in your self checkout. I've used hundreds of times, but today there were major tie ups because of frequent errors. I thought it might be customers' unfamiliarity until i tried myself and got three errors in six items. Gave up and left after the staff member, who was clearly bouncing around from one machine to the other constantly, suggested it was user error. No Sir, look around. Everyone is having the same issue.

Expensive with lazy employees. 5 employees at a register too busy fraternizing. Employee Started bagging groceries and walked away in the middle of it.

This Shaw's leaves a lot to be desired. Very rarely do you find a cashier that smiles or isn't chewing gum, or is friendly, although there are a couple of exceptions. I ordered a prime roast for the holiday, sent my husband to pick it up, and when he got home, it was the wrong cut and size. It's crazy busy for everyone 2 days before Christmas, and I needed this to be right. I called the manager, and got an "Oops, maybe they gave you the wrong one...don't know how that happened." He offered to get another one IF I could make the trip back to his store and return the one I had. Had commitments that wouldn't allow me the 30 to 40 minute round trip (more with the holiday traffic) and who knows how long in his store. By the way, the piece I received was cheaper than the one ordered, so absolutely not what I wanted but certainly the one that I will be stuck with. Not pleased at all, and will shop elsewhere from now on.
