“I’m puzzled as to why my experience at this UPS store is so vastly different from other posters here. I go to this store, on the average, every 2 weeks. It’s the closest one to me. Still, it’s a 40 minute trip one way. I have yet to see anyone impatient or unprofessional. What’s going on??? Do they see me coming in, send the meanies to the back of the store and bring out the nice ones??? A few days ago, I had 26 packages. All good. Some of the packages require they’re scanning a QR code from my phone. At times, I can retrieve the QR codes quickly. Other times, not so much. They are always helpful and patient. If it takes too long and there’s a line behind me, I tell them to go on to the next person, go to the end of the line and, while waiting in that line, I look for that darn QR code. I believe they are big time wasters for the store and me. Just my two cents.”

“It seems there is a nefarious UPS driver that cherry picks packages under $100 dollars to take home. Tracking digits reflect delivery to PO box. Yet no package at East Harwich Post Office.”
