TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The website advertises that they will re-weld permanent bracelets for $8… they denied me service due to the bracelets not being “their brand.” I was upfront that I did not buy the bracelet from them and they still proceeded to take my information. I was then told by a VERY rude employee that they do no re-weld bracelets that are not their brand. Very disappointed in their customer service and false advertising on this matter. I do not recommend that you support this establishment.

Cute store but the (18 yo or so) store clerk was extremely rude. Never welcomed me when I came into the store and I kept catching her staring at me and when I’d look up she’d look away quickly - very uncomfortable to shop there. I figured I’d look at her whilst she was staring me down and she’d smile and say “let me know if I can help you with anything…..”. But nope - just a quick jerk of her head to act like she didn’t know I was there. So awkward!!

I was on vacation and excited to get a zapped bracelet and was told they are really good quality and last a long time but it has been only a week and mine has stretched so much :( it’s falling up and down my wrist and I wanted it to be super small.. this shouldn’t happen for how expensive they are

This shop truly has something for everyone! From cute sundresses to cozy sweaters, they have it all! Their card selection is amazing as well and their home decor. A young, vibrant vibe in Harwich Port!!!

No plus sized clothing which isn't good. It's a really cute shop and it stinks that boutiques don't want to have 2x sizing for plus sized women. It just makes you feel unwanted or out of place. All of the items were really cute in store though. Maybe in the future they can offer some plus sized clothing. As a local, I always find it nice to see small local businesses who think about plus sized community. They lose business when they don't. :(

Love the clothes and items here. Girls at the counter were helpful at first but then I was told "your not allowed to leave the store with merchandise" when I simply tried something on in the store in front of the mirror. After spending over $200, I didn't appreciate being accused of stealing. It really put a sour taste in my mouth when leaving. Blonde sales girl was unfriendly, accusatory, and was wearing store merch with tags on it. I would not want to buy that item the staff was wearing all day. Distasteful for such a cute store.

Solis has permanent jewelry on the cape. Me and 4 of my friends made appointments to get something done. We each paid 100+ for jewelry. 3 of us got anklets, I got 2 bracelets. Within 6 hours, my friend noticed her anklet was gone. She paid $130 for the anklet and couldn't find it anywhere. She called and was luckily able to get a refund. Less than 72 hours later, another friends anklet fell off. It seems that this place is not up to date on proper soldering techniques or not using quality materials.Ive been to other permanent jewelry locations in Rhode Island with great experiences, and still have those almost a year later.Unfortunate because the shop is really cute, but not worth the price or quality for the permanent jewelry, which is too bad. :(Editing to add: right after posting this my 3rd friends anklet fell off. 3/4 of the jewelry pieces fell off within 4 days of getting them.

I suppose I'm a bit of an idiot. Passing by some shops on Main Street in Harwich earlier today, I saw a dog on a sign & thought I found a fun pet shop. No such luck, as it turned out to be one of the Cape's many boutiques & the dog turned out to be a logo on some vinyl bags & tumblers. The rest of the shop has a decent range of gift items, clothing, & more. Worth popping in if you're in the area doing some holiday shopping.
