Just moved my stuff in, so this review is incomplete, but so far the experience has been positive. I had a question and called, but no one was there, so I filled out a form online and got a callback within the hour. (This is a very different experience than ones I've had with other local self-storage companies. Cough, cough, pioneer valley self storage, cough cough.) Very polite and helpful. Move-in went smoothly. You get a gate-access code to the facility, and then it's a short drive to your storage area. My one complaint is that if you're moving in at night, the lighting isn't great. They have some lights, but they are unevenly spaced and don't fully light all of the units. So if that's your situation, then it might be useful to bring a flashlight. But otherwise, everything has gone very smoothly. Also, the price is quite a bit lower than many of the other self-storage facilities in the area.

Really easy to start renting a unit quickly, I went into the office on the first visit and was shown how to get right to my unit. The unit itself is very clean!

Stored RV there...will not again..spaces small and tight..after a couple of months the rent went up considerably and after contacting them with checkout date, they marked it down wrong and charged me 2 extra days..going elsewhere from now on..

Good experience with staff before & after change of ownership. Gated entry a real plus. They moved us ( we have camping trailer) from dirt to asphalt which was good. We left as a storage space on our street opened up

Really bad service they don’t care about your stuff the place isn’t secure don’t bring your car to storage it there is people that go and steal cars parts it happened to and two other people and the people from the storage don’t do nothing about it And it’s very expensive.

Joann is someone every business would appreciate. She is quick to offer a solutions to the problem I was experiencing with my unit. However, the company was not as prompt. Joann had offer to move me to another Unit so after a week I decided to do that. Joann offered to assist me and I said you don't have to do that, I arrived at my unit and there she was eager to help. I'm so grateful for all she did. She was efficient, kind and professional. I'm 71 and had help moving some items into the unit so without Joann I would not have been able to lift those Items. What would have taken me all day was done in about an hour and a half. I was able to return to my daily activities. I recommend that her Employer give her a raise because she is deserving.
