They claim to have attempted my delivery but they did not, I have cameras, they also won’t even attempt again until 4 days fromNow. So if I want the package I have to drive an hour for it, and there number no matter what number you use gets sent to the same automated system wich is just a loop of nonsense even if you say “speak with representative” it pretends to hook you up with one then loops back to the beggening

The package was delivered to the wrong address, as evidenced by the picture that was sent to confirm the correct address by fedex. However the real problem is that I tried to contact Fedex to report this and then there was no way to connect with anything but a automatic system that sent me in a loop with no way to solve my problem. Extremely frustrating

I got there with a very heavy amazon return that was crushing my baby seat in my car, the woman had me struggle to bring both pieces in and had me pull up a QR code only to tell me "the system is down" so she couldn't just tell me i have the wrong label, but had me do all that to tell me "you'll have to put it back in your trunk". Worst customer service ever! Why did she have me pull up a QR code if she couldn't scan it anyway? Sadistic. . . I've been in customer service and she 100% did that just to make me struggle. . .an hour round trip drive for that just to have to schedule a pick up which i was avoiding because i don't want the package damaged in wet weather or to block the entry way of other people's apartments for 8 hour window.I agree with another review here that when i went to schedule ground pick up, not only did they NOT come, they lost my information completely. My first confirmation number was made up and they claim they had no record of me calling despite recording all calls, so I scheduled the second time and she hung up on me so god only knows if this will get picked up in time. The automated system makes you repeat all the same information the human asks and then loses. This package will therefore be outside in the weather for nearly a week while fed ex plays d**** I have never used fedex before, this is an amazon return. After this i would NEVER willingly use this company: they are terrible , rude, unethical and inefficient.

What a miserable, down right lazy and nasty individual working the front desk. She deliberately refused to assist me in any way. Beyond rude!!! Verbally abusive as well! Fedex should be ashamed to have this person on their payroll. I WILL NEVER USE FEDEX AGAIN!

What a miserable creature at the service desk this morning in West Hatfield. Rude, condescending and down right nasty. Certainly inappropriate behavior to her customers!!!!! Time for a severe reprimand and customer service training.

Never can locate packages. Colossal waste of time trying to get answers. Told me my package was never put on delivery truck and they were holding my live animal for me to pick up. Drove an hour to pick up the package. The package was not there. Get a text from my wife that the package was delivered while I was at the facility. Zero accountability!

This Fed Ex location has been my go to for years shipping paintings to clients. Just don’t go right before lunch! Only one of the desk humans am cranky helperI’m 10 years or more.
