On February 12th at 8:33pm this girl sincerely embarrassed herself. Went inside 7/11 to wait for my Lyft ride back home since it’s you know freezinf outside& miss girl here at the counter decides to feel froggy while having another customer in front of her. Continues to ask if I’m stealing.. LOL girl, from a 7/11? Please be for real first off, second off I make more money than this girl will ever see especially being a cashier at 7/11. She was not only rude but stereotyping a couple she doesn’t even know. Crazy work considering you really don’t be knowing people out here and what they’re capable of especially while you work alone clearlyyyy. I’ll remember your face babe,, ps pick up the phoneeee

If I could give this rating a zero I would. The assistant manager has got to be the most rudest and ignorant person I have ever met in customer service I live right behind the store and go there two to three times a day. I am a manager of a gas station for 10 years, if I heard any of my employees, especially my assistant manager speak that way to customers, they would need to get a new job because customer service is not for them. Customer service is the foundation of any business. This is the 3rd complaint I have put in. 2 via email and now a review.

Rude customer service and the donut case were filled with fruit flies and trying to buy lottery scratch tickets and was rudely told to move I have customer so unprofessional it happened at 11:50 pm last night on river street store

This place is a joke, the pumps never work with any of my cards, have to go inside to pay for gas which defeats the purpose of having the rewards for gas! The employees are also too busy on their phones that they don't want to charge you, I don't get paid to self checkout and I will not do so. Half the time it doesn't even work anyways . If you are behind the register and no one else is in the store but one person, I'd expect to have my items scanned for me, not " if you are paying with a card then you can use that machine " and continue on their phones. They are also always complaining about the online orders and swearing while getting them, I'm in the store 4-5 times a week in the afternoon or evening and it's just annoying. I only keep going because I don't want to go out of my way to grab a few work snacks or gas, but I think it's time to change routes!

I usually go to the 7/11 in Bradford near academy liquors. I brought my God daughter into 7/11 so she can get takis, she's 6. The cashier was very very nice and very sweet to her. The cashier gave my goddaughter a free slurpee and even poured it for her. It's good to see that there is still good in this world even tho it's a $1 something slurpee. Thank you for the experience.
