Always great customer service, they even you put lights on, batteries and compare prices and tell you which is a better product. I live in Nashua, but I prefer to go to Haverhill, been going there since 2009, they never disappoint.

I got to the store at 8:50PM panicking due to steam coming out of my hood. I had two amazing gentleman Daniel and Julian take a look at my car. They found the issue to be coming from my radiator. It was freezing outside and they kindly walked me through the process of using antifreeze + coolant. I learned that my car was panicking as much as I was and I shouldn’t have been driving it lol. THANK YOU AGAIN.

This place is so messed up they have a 16 year old kid putting in batteries with no training the owner Rapheal was called and he stated that he makes enough money off the store that he doesn't really care. Simon the manager was very rude and didn't care to help me at all cause he stated he was short employees.

Don’t think I’ve ever left a 1 star review before… not a fan of it. But this place always has the dumbest, laziest people employed at it. Laughable. I dropped everything I needed done, and went to the one in plaistow.

I tried to order wiper blades to pick up in Danvers. "Order online, pick up at store! Free installation!" Sounds good, right? Everybody does "order online, pickup at store" nowadays. Should be simple. Got an email saying "your order is ready for pickup." Went to pick up. The Danvers store said they couldn't sell or provide or process anything because "the whole system is down." Even the phone didn't work. For a whole week I could neither get the parts nor get my money back. Finally got the order cancelled, and thought "OK I'll just try another store, Haverhill." WRONG!!! I got an email saying, "Your online order is ready for pickup!" and when I arrived there was a total incompetent slobbering idiot at the desk who had no idea how to deliver an online order. Took forever trying to find the order, then when he finally found it he claimed he had no idea how to find the part. I had provided the order number, as well as the EXACT NAME and ITEM NUMBER of the part. Not referencing any of this specific data he was given, instead he yelled to another illiterate, "Hey what's a conventional wiper? What's "conventional" mean?" to which his fellow moron replied, "I dunno, never heard of it." The rest of his "conversation" consisted of constantly repeating "HoneyBabySweetieLoveDoll" in a mocking, suggestive voice, and some high-pitched non-human squeals. Eventually (about 20 minutes later) he and the other dullard came back to the front counter all excited that they found the part. Whereupon the other (female) counter employee held up my order, saying "Look it's right here." It was sitting on the counter the whole time. Slobbering moron claimed he wasn't given the necessary information. I can see from other reviews that they don't know that the 21st century has arrived and women are customers who want to be treated with respect. I honestly don't know what was worse, being constantly addressed inappropriately - catcalled - by this disgusting pig, OR his total inability to do anything productive. Is he just someone's unskilled grandfather who needed a job? Your business would be better off giving him a no-show job. OK, I will try Danvers again. Se what century they're up to now.

It's a place that you can find out much more than you can expect when it comes with the condition of your car and not only that it also works for electric wheelchair accessible and other things that has to do with Electric wires and the service customer are just as much respectful than you ever emagine so don't hesitate go and check it out you will say the same as what I experience in the store ??...

My fiance has been dealing with a part issue the past few days because an employe gave him the wrong product. And he never received a call he was expecting for the product that they "ordered" for the next day. He went there and that original product was still sitting on counter, no communication at this store. The fact we got the run around for days and given the wrong product when we could have had it taken Care of somewhere else.
