Elisybeth front end parter very kind to listen to the order issue and triaging it her manager. Chris the manager went out of the way to resolve an error. With the order debacle he went out of his and time to help collect all the items back into the order that was lost. Thank you for your time and understanding to provide a resolution.

I was checking out the other day at the BJ's in Haverhill and there was this young girl and I'm assuming her boss elbania. and the girl lost some papers which didn't seem too serious and she continued to yell at her saying that it's a big deal and there nothing that she can do about it And was being very disrespectful in front of customers I don't think this is the right way how to treat children of her age in a workplace environment I think something should be done about this it's just not right Bj's can do better I know it

2nd year in a row I've ordered a cake 5 days in advance only to show up and 1 the cake hasn't even been started on and 2 what I was promised could be done to it couldnt..then to watch customer after customer come to pick up order and be told ohh it's gonna be another 15 mins, mind you I was told the same thing and have now been waiting and hr... very disappointing

Coupon book just came out today, headed over to grab some (5 or 6) Adirondack chairs and there was only 2 left? Bummer good spot to grab our butter, paper towels, toilet paper, and a soresto collar for the dog!

The Haverhill store is where I usually go - never again for anything except gas. Went in this store for the 2nd time in a week today. Busy the first time, but very busy this a.m. - as you would expect on a Saturday. 1 checkout register both times. Today, the front of the store was full of full carriages abandoned (mine included.) by customers who refused to wait so long. Management at this store is an absolute disgrace.?

Easy on and off 495 for a gas fill up. Pumps easy to find right near club entrance. Not sure if nonmembers are allowed

Never have enough cashiers on. Always only one or two and never open more registers. They want you to use self check out so they don't have to pay for cashiers to check you out.

I went to get tires with no appointment! They had my tires in stock on a Saturday they wanted me to wait a week in a half to do it with all 4 garage bays empty no working on any vehicles at all not sure what service you call that but I don't think I will be renewing my membership

Sooooo I made the mistake of filling up my gas tank here. I know I pressed regular and looked right at it like I usually do. After my receipt printed I noticed I was charged for premium. I went to the booth and told the young girl only to be told she doesn't know what to do and that I should go inside and ask a manager. I really didn't have time so I ate the 6 bucks. My issue is they shouldn't have someone working the booth that doesn't know how to deal with things like this.

The Verizon kiosk inside is super helpful and has no wait like the big stores.
