Courtesy Cop was on the patrol recently during a whirlwind tour of Bradford, Massachusetts around noon on a Sunday and made the bad decision to get a bottled water at 7-11. The good news: I did not notice any sewage smell in the store as other reviewers have commented on below. The bad news: The store still stinks, in terms of the abysmally low standard for customer service. The cashier saw me when I walked in, but made no eye contact and of course didn't say hi or anything else. No one else was in the store. I found 7/11 brand bottled water for 99 cents. I brought one to the cashier who was looking down, apparently doing something on his cell phone. I waited 15 seconds or so for him to square that away. He then looked away from me as he rang up my bottled water. And what do you know? He said, "1 dollar". So, Courtesy Cop held out his hand and waited for the penny change, which was at least forthcoming, but not without an attitude. Please, if you value your shopping experience, go somewhere - anywhere - else. If you want water that badly, sip it from a puddle. Joan Rivers said the 7/11's in Billings, Montana are called "two-five"; I'd say this 7/11 is more like "one-three".
