i am a vegetarian because i cannot have meat, it makes me extremely sick. they put beef in my burrito and when i asked for another one blatantly told me no. awful service.

Ordered here the other day. Used online ordering. Got to the restaurant right at the pick up time. Order was not even ready, not in the process! It took an additional 20 min to do mine. While waiting, I had the chance to look around. Place was a mess! No one spoke English they were all speaking Spanish or what ever to each other! No apology that my order was delayed nothing. Will guarantee I will not be coming back! Corporate really needs to come take a surprise visit and have mandatory retrain! I get times are tuff trying to hire people but that’s not a good excuse for poor manners and cleanliness

They were faster at making my food than ANY fast food establishment I have been to since being here. 20 seconds for two burritos is absolutely insane. Mad respect for this crew whom I observed working as a team.

30 minutes after pickup time food was ready. One person standing around not doing anything. Happens too often at this location. Why have a pickup time if it is not even close.

Fantastic! For two days in a row I had tried to get a Burrito bowl from the Stratham location, "closed due to staffing issues" on the door. I did an order through the online app, set it for 10 minutes, and it took me 15 to get there. Food was still hot, on the shelf and ready to go!I went to Stratham location and saw people sitting inside eating, and what looked like a worker making himself a Burrito. Chipotle should understand perception is everything. Im addicted to your food so great service keeps me ordering, rather than making it myself..Whoever manages this Haverhill location should probably be promoted. Last week I watched them delegate through about 40 teenagers and I was only waiting a few minutes.

If I could give it a zero, I would. This place is consistently terrible. Anytime I order, it’s delayed. This was my final time ordering. Order delayed again, Bag came half opened and it looked like a side of the burrito bowl was opened. Kicker is the food was also cold.Might actually file a complaint with the board of health. This place should be closed.

Walked in last night and waited in a 15 minute line and ordered a carnitas burrito and a chicken bowl for my wife, as soon as I got the line, the workers were working really slowly, so slow that I felt I could do it faster and I’ve never done it before. After I put on my ingredients and they wrapped my burrito as if it was a joke, ripped my burrito and kept wrapping it. When I got to the counter I handed him a $50 bill, he proceeded to what looked like fiddle with it in his hand then gave me my change, but it wasn’t till this morning when I realized “huh… that’s weird, I came straight home last night after chipotle” they shorted me $10 of my change, they need a corporate manager to come in and retrain all the staff, it’s a mess. I would avoid it at all costs

Had a great experience here today. Service was efficient and staff were polite. Food was delicious. The place could’ve been a little bit cleaner as there was food on the table and on the floors.
