Crystal Lake Golf Club is a well-maintained golf course that offers an enjoyable golfing experience. The course has undergone significant improvements over the past 25 years and is now in great shape, with smooth and quick greens, decent fairways, and a penalizing rough. While the layout is relatively short and simple, the challenging greens and elevated putting surfaces can make it feel "tournament-worthy." The staff is friendly and helpful, and the clubhouse offers a pleasant atmosphere with draft beer available. The course is a good value for the money, providing an excellent challenge, especially on the front nine. Although it lacks some amenities, such as a practice range, the overall condition and playability of the course make it a popular choice for golfers in the area.
