I rented the store room yesterday about 2pm. Today I went back and was told my lease was terminated and was told corporate seen something on video they don't like. I charged my phone for 20 minutes downstairs and left a $900 phone down there. Went back and got it and left the facility by 10pm like it says you have to. Came back this morning and left by 720 had to get stuff from the locker. Came back at 1230pm today and was told my lease was terminated by corporate, I called corporate and they know nothing about it and the gentleman I spoke to was emailing the regionalal manager about this. I want this addressed immediately and the guy who works at haverhill mass facility needs to be fired. So im gonna go to social media about this and the mistreatment of customers by this guy in haverhill. TELLS YOU TO GET OUT BUT NO ANSWER TO WHY...so you want to do something to a paying customer then im gonna have to go to the social media on Facebook, and all the rest of them telling people not to rent from them.I WOULD SUGGEST NOBODY RENT FROM HAVERHILL MASS BECAUSE THE KID WHO WORKS THERE HAS THE WORST PERSONALITY, THINKS HES RUNNING THE WHITEHOUSE...AND TO BE HONEST HE SHOULD NOT HAVE A JOB THERE. TERMINATES MY LEASE WITH NO REASON AND MY STUFF WASNT EVEN THERE 24 FULL HOURS. If that kid is gone then the place would probably get cleaned, bathroom not be locked when you are allowed to be in the building, and if they don't want you plugging in your ohone in an open outlet during regular business hours then they should state it. THIS YOUNG KID IN HAVERHILL NEEDS TO BE FIRED

Really happy with my experience at CubeSmart in Haverhill. The place is super clean, easy to access, and the staff were awesome.
Prices are fair, and move-in was quick and easy. I also like how simple it is to manage everything online. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for secure, hassle-free storage.

It's smells .
Guys hanging around that looked like they'ed jump me.
Whispers saying there's a chop shop on the 3rd floor .
I high tailed it out off there 24 hours after the the rental agreement.
May I have a refund please? thank you.

I recently got a storage unit at cube smart. Officer manager was courteous & helpful. I got my 1st month half off and the 10x20 unit was the perfect size for storage.

Place is a very decent storage unit but has its positives and negatives. I would highly recommend getting a unit inside as sometimes pests can get into the outdoor units. However the staff there can be very helpful and will do the best they can to ensure a positive experience. The store manager there was very helpful with my exit from my unit after being a long time customer. Highly recommend.

Overpriced storage solution in Haverhill. After renting a unit for a reasonable rate they will hike it up unexpectedly. They offer no rational reasoning for the rip off and never do anything to help accommodate long term renters.
