Always helpful when there is a problem. They problem solve unlike Walgreens on Main Street that just says that something doesn't go thru and absolutely No help. So yay CVS!

Spoke to Cameron who’s a pharmacist, he forgot to add my rewards card to my purchase. When I asked if this is something that can be refunded and repurchased he said if it’s something worth your time feel free to try sarcastically and hung up on me. Awful customer service. This is the worse CVS I have done business with. This is not the first negative encounter I’ve had with this particular store.Update: My mom just picked up a prescription for me, she asked if my number can be added to get the points she was told they cannot on prescriptions. I have 3+ years getting rewards for my prescriptions and was never told I couldn’t. This place gets worse and worse. They seem miserable every time you walk in. Just awful service all around.

I'm loving the new door greeters! It's very welcoming...Overall a good experience other than waiting a while to get cashed out! ( I don't like the self checkout ) ?♀️

Thanks Walgreens across the street!!All done.I've given them several chances. This time I dropped off a prescription before heading into work after being at the vet all morning. They said they would have it ready within the hour. I headed back over after work to pick it up, not ready... 10 more minutes. Now it's been 4.5 hours. They come back to the counter and now tell me they don't even have the medicine to fill it. And tell me I need to go to Lowell because that's the closest. So now I take the script and leave for the CVS literally across the street. Not only do they offer to check and see if they have it first, they then tell me they have a discount card they can give me for it and they will have it in 10 minutes. Thank you CVS.

My friend and I were greeted by Johnathan upon entry and we asked him where something would be in the store, and he was super nice and had great knowledge of where things were located the store. Great customer service!

Fix your hours. not open 24 hours the only location left in haverhill that's open 24 hours is all the way near the Plaistow NH border. whoever is in charge of updating online information needs assistance, apparently.

The staff here act like they are deaf when the phone rings. I was on hold for 15 minutes, and ended up entering into the store while on hold since it was on my way home. As I walk to the pharmacy I see 5 people, including the pharmacist just working away. The phone says audibly "3 callers" and I stand in that line for another 6 minutes as I watch them all act as if those phones DID NOT EXIST. I hung up when i got to the register and talk to someone in person. What a disgrace. Do better.

They almost never answer the phone. I have been on hold for over 20 minutes. Very disappointed. I was calling to correct an error. They filled the wrong prescription and I could not get it refilled by phone. Foolish me, I thought I could just speak with an employee. Typically great in store service but 1 star because the higher ups need to know that they are grossly under staffed and it would benefit them to take better care of their employees

Store closed for specifically 7 hours with a crudely written sign on the doors.Needs to be investigated sounds like someone just soaking up hours to not physically be in the store. This has happened before at other 24 HR businesses like gyms and gas stations. I get there being "emergencies" but knowing you're closed for whats technically an entire shift till the next change out is sus. A 7hr brb sign is just foolish.

The sales associate behind the counter gave attitude towards a customer next to me because she didn’t see the bags at the self check out. Regardless if she saw them or not, that’s not customer service. There weren’t many bags at the self checkout anyways.

Whatever you do DO NOT GET ANY VACCINES AT CVS! Called this location today, as I had gotten a Flu vaccine through CVS when they held a clinic at my work. I was told at the time of the vaccine that proof of vaccination would be mailed to me, and here we are several months later and nothing. My other employer is requesting proof, so I need it. I wasn't going to complain, but the pharmacist didn't even put it in the right place, gave it to me near my elbow instead of in the deltoid near the shoulder!! I called this CVS to get proof of vaccination and a snotty witch answered the phone in the pharmacy, she asked for my address so I politely asked her if she could email the proof to me, she snapped at me stating in a snotty tone that she was just verifying who I was by asking my address. She then lied and said she couldn't give me proof because it was administered by another CVS in Haverhill. I called the other CVS on Lafayette square and after spending a few minutes trying to get through the robo voice to get to the pharmacy I spent another 15 plus minutes on hold waiting for someone there to actually answer. I got annoyed, hung up and then called back and requested to speak to a manager as I had now spent close to 35 minutes trying to get proof of a vaccination which they should have sent to me in the first place, but didn't! I talked to the manager who then put me through to a pharmacy person, and wouldn't you know in 2021, CVS is still unable or unwilling to email or fax proof of a vaccine, they must snail mail it or you can drive an hour plus to get it yourself!! IN THE END, ONCE AGAIN, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT GET VACCINES THROUGH A CVS PHARMACY, since some of the pharmacists don't even administer it in the right place and on top of it they don't even give you any proof you got it and if you want that you have to jump through 16 hoops first!!!

I'm a PCA, and I care for a woman with chronic pain issues.I've reviewed the store in the past, this is a review on more recent experiencesGreatly improved service! We have had no further issues with them running out of medication recentlyMuch of the staff is friendly at this location, which makes us feel very comfortableI rate this store for its homie feel, and the hard-working employees, well stocked shelves, and being always there for us
