This particular time, and I really don't understand why nobody could help me at all. I felt so disappointed because I asked one of them for a particular product that I need . I went to 2 different CVS but no one could help me. Inclusive I was told they didn't have the item that I really need. I was so upset with this response, and I decided to check it find it. For my surprise I did find the item inclusive they had the CVS brand. I don't say nothing to them because I was waiting for this opportunity to express my deception. Never had any problem with the CVS pharmacy .

The pharmacy is a mess.. they never pick up the phone, rude staff and I waited 5 days for medicine and when I had called to see what was taking so long the girl filled it and it was ready the same day.. which makes me wonder if I hadn’t have called would I have waited longer? Why did it takes 5 days and a phone call ??? The drive thru area is a mess too, the tech was attempting to charge me and I asked her to speak to her manager because it was an error on her end and I waited 20 minutes for it to get fixed. I switched to the best cvs in haverhill the one in target on computer drive.

Ever since I started going to the CVS I feel as though more of my prescription problems have been solved rather than continued. I love working with the staff here they’re all super friendly and putting my needs for a switch. Makes me feel heard as a consumer.

Extremely rude when I called and asked about my prescription. Then she hung up on me. Never going back to this CVS.

Pharmacy people have gotten extremely rude . If you happen to be there 15 mins before their lunch they refuse to help you and you have to wait til after they get back. Front workers are helpful .

I long for the day where you can walk into a CVS and pay for your purchase without tapping out all kinds of surveys and questionnaire s. There is never anyone at the cash register unless you ring a bell. Self check out always faults out in the middle of a check out. CVS is getting worse. Shelves are empty or mislabeled. This is why I prefer to shp at Amazon. I rarely walk into a CVS and I have 2 in the neighborhood.

Guy working front register rude at night time was staring at me doing self check out then comes up and counts my items then the ones on the screen and goes ok your all set like i was trying to steal a 3.00 item very unprofessional this was at 7 o’clock pm December 30th

The worst customer service you could ever imagine they are just horrific have used them for over 30 years but I'm all done. Poor customer service can't get through on the phone and they make mistakes like you can't even imagine goodbye CVS you suck.

The rewards program is the best rewards program around I feel! Who doesn't ❤️ extra bucks?! You're losing out ( losing $$ ) if u r not a Xtra care rewards card holder! Happy savings all! ?♀️

They have people stare at everyone as you forcibly check out your own stuff! And the attitude of two members brings the whole place down. I never bother to review but this has to be known.

I go into the CVS every now and again to develop disposable camera photos and a very nice lady named Kim who always calls to tell me when my pictures are ready and ask me all the time how I’m doing in school or in life, and she genuinely makes the rest of my day. As for the other employees they are all helpful. Definitely my main CVS.

Worst pharmacy I have EVER dealt with. Nobody has a clue what they are doing. Calles them at 9:45am to refill a prescription. They told me it would be ready in an hour. I showed up at noon and they tell me another 30 minutes. No apology nothing. Clearly they don't know how to do there jobs properly!!!
