The CVS in Haverhill was wonderful, it was in a Target so maybe they were filling Targets customer service policies. The CVS in Chatham needs a lot of help to improve their pharmacy, staffing and electronic refill is not efficient .

Kira i believe it was who works at cvs is amazing. She waited so long for my son to calm down for his flu shot. Amazing human. It took a while to convince my son to get the flu shot but with time and patience he finally did it 45mins later. Haha

It's a satellite store in Target and convenient. The reason this store is unique? Easy, the best staffing ever anywhere. Beyond and above is an understatement. These people are phenomenal with the best attitude in a just pleasant way. .

Always polite and respectful. they carry my medication more than any other CVS location, only had an issue with my son’s eye drops for conjunctivitis. I think it’s more their vendors issues than them. I do wish the hours were earlier in the a.m. Otherwise a great pharmacy.

Huge thank you to Jared at this location for putting my Rx aside until my doctor was able to send it over. My medication is in a national shortage and getting my hands on it has been super anxiety inducing, so huge shout out to him for making the process any bit less stressful!

Place is a joke. Always shorting me medication. This month I called to see if my medication would be in stock and they reassured me it would be but now I have to wait until the vendor delivers it to them. People need to get it together at this location. I would rate below zero if I could.

I took my kids here for their Covid boosters. Pharmacist Jared had a caring demeanor and explained everything thoroughly, he was wonderful. CVS is lucky to have such a great pharmacist.
