Very professional employee took my order The person it went to wasn’t home but the employee delivering it took it to a neighbor at my request. Very happy with the product and the employees. Would definitely recommend Edible Arrangements in Haverhill

I have to rave about my experience, I am the recipient of an edible arrangement and I was not home for two delivery attempts, finally it was delivered when I was home and it looked like it had sat in the sun and had melted and been re-refrigerated so the person that sent it to me contacted them and Ashley stepped right up, spoke to me as well and a brand new arrangement was delivered in gorgeous condition .. thank you Ashley and Edible Arrangements for making this right!

I had an arrangement delivered to my daughter's work for her birthday and wanted to make sure it was there before she got out so I added the 1 hr service and it was there in about 40 minutes. Great service very happy. She loves it.

So I do DoorDash basically everyday and today I had an order with 4 items!! They are usually really quick with the orders but today they never excepted the order and they said for them to make it I have to wait 45 minutes so I told yeah ok I’ll come back! Then 45 minutes comes thru and they still haven’t made it claiming that they didn’t know I was coming back and how I never said if I was coming back!! What a waste of time and gas

I've placed quite a few orders with this edible arrangments location and the staff is always knowledgable and very helpful. I recently placed an order with Juan from this location and he was kind and even helped me apply a discount code to an order that was already placed! Great location, hope they keep up the good work.

I have ordered 2 times in the past 3 wks the lady i spoke with both times was extreamly rude !!!! I too own a co and you NEVER treat your customers this way. On top of that everytime i called it said they were on their way over 3 hrs later they arrived my cousin wasnt there so she had to pick up on her own after i pd for delivery. Just so so rude never again will i order there. And the presentation was awful looked cheep messy?
