I went for a simple cluster change since it was not working correctly and they damaged my radio screen. They tried to say the car came like that but that was not the case

Got backed into in front of my house by a company's sprinter van. The company asked if we could get the work done without going through insurance with which I was okay.Joe was super helpful in getting me a quote, being patient with me working with the company that hit me, and getting the work done. The car looks better than before.

Shady patch work My car was taken here after an accident at a friends recommendation and i was extremely disappointed at the work. The parts are either used or broken, the sealant is sloppy and all over the body and windshield, trimming isnt seated properly in its place so it hangs out, had limited equipment so the job couldnt be completed by him but rather a dealer, does not specialize in european cars as the name states, the car was filthy upon pick up and managed to damage parts in the vehicle that wasnt damaged before. I wouldnt recommend this shop at all for any work if this is whats to be expected as a result.
