I had been wanting to rent a storage locker close to my house and work. I have one in New Hampshire already. I stopped in the haverhill office.the gentelmen who waited on me very nice. He explained everything so I could understand him. Very happy I decided to get a locker there.

I can’t say enough good things about Extra Space Storage and especially about Sean Duffy. The facility itself is spotless, secure, and really well-maintained, which immediately gave us peace of mind. But what truly stood out was the level of customer service.
Sean went above and beyond for us. He was incredibly accommodating and patient, and when we ran into an issue, he helped us resolve it the very same night. That kind of responsiveness is rare these days, and it made the whole process so easy. Every interaction with him was smooth, friendly, and professional — he genuinely made us feel taken care of.
If you’re looking for storage that’s not only clean and convenient but also backed by exceptional service, I would 100% recommend Extra Space Storage. Huge thanks to Sean for making what could have been a stressful situation super easy!
