What a scam. Has a Toyota 4Runner that he posted for sale for 7k, when I got there he changed the price to 9k. No thank you immediate red flag when buying a used vehicle. You honor the posted price regardless if it was a mistake. I own a small business and I feel that is a shame to see this happen as a local. Please make sense to me how you expect to do business like that.

Just recently purchased a 2010 Mercedes C-300 from First Choice Auto. It was a very pleasant experience. I hadn't purchased a car in years and Kam was was patient with my all my questions. The vehicle was exactly as advertised, the price was fair and we closed the deal. During the state inspection in New Hampshire, two fluid leaks were identified when the car was on the lift. Kam had me bring the car in at once so that his mechanic could take a look . The issues were not only addressed to my total satisfaction, they were expedited to meet some tight scheduling issues I had. Thanks! I am enjoying my C-300!

DONT BUY HERE!! Worst place I ever bought a car from!!! Bought a suv from here back in February of this year and has been nothing but problems since I left off the lot. Dropped it off at his recommended shop 3 times and each time I picked it up 2-3 miles down the road check engine light back on. Run the codes and get the same codes. I brought it to another mechanic shop and it needs 9000 dollars in repairs!!! I call this guy and he says he’ll get back with me and guess what guys…. He doesn’t. Now I have a 20 thousand dollar car that I can’t drive because it won’t move and a warranty that doesn’t cover any of the problems I’m having. He’s nice until he makes the sale then he doesn’t care. Save yourself problems and go somewhere else. Now I have to figure out if I can take legal action and that’s going to be another headache and time wasted out of my life that I shouldn’t.

Purchased a 2015 Honda CRV at asking price as it was reasonably priced beginning of July 2025. Asked for a second key to be made, which was no problem for Kam. Very straightforward interactions without ANY of the sales tactics.
A few days into having the car, it threw a CEL for a P0420 which indicates potential for a new catalytic converter. Brought this up and we handled it together with no cost to me. While in possession at Commonwealth Honda, they inspected the system and cleared the code but it came back shortly after pickup. I was instructed to bring it to Bay State Muffler in Peabody (I could have dropped it off with Kam to manage the travel, but I decided to involve myself to see new options for future mechanical repairs) and they identified a leak in the exhaust between the O2 sensors which seems to have been the root cause because the CEL hasn't reappeared.
Overall very happy with the car, the price, and the customer service. Would buy here again.

Kam was great!! I got a great deal on a 2015 Toyota Venza and he added all new tires, rotors, and brake pads. They even went to the registry for me to transfer the plates. They also had a lot of cars in their stock. I'm very happy with First Choice Auto!!😊

Kam seemed like an honest guy. Sold me a Toyota Highlander and told me it was all set, just had a MA inspection and was good to go. I drove it all the way home to Maine and paid to register it and right after the check engine light came on and the AWD light. I took it into the shop to get it ME inspected and checked out, come to find out…… it needed ALL NEW BRAKES AND ROTORS to even pass inspection. Kam told me it was a safe vehicle and I drove it to Maine on the highway with bad front and rear brakes!! It gets worse. It also needed Lf axle shaft, vvt solenoid replaced, rear wiper blade and those 2 front marker bulbs. Cost me $1100! All of which are inspection items except the axle shaft. I reached out to him about this concern thinking he would offer to reimburse me since other reviews said he worked with them after having an issue with one of his cars. He was no help and basically ignored my complaints, only offering to take back the car and give me a refund after I had paid to fix it and register it. Claimed again it was safe and had been inspected even though it had no inspection sticker. I would not recommend First Choice Auto.

I’ve bought 2 BMWs here time to time and they were both sold to me in trusting good condition and still running excellent & had great help choosing from a variety of great cars there , I wouldn’t go to another dealer & Kam was great to me and my family!! Great business!!

I saw a 2006 BMW 325 CI convertible at first choice and I went to look at it. It was in very good shape. I took it to my mechanic and he said it was in very good condition. But there was one thing in the suspension that needed to be addressed. So rather than coming down the price Kam said that he would repair the suspension issue on both the passenger and the driver's side and he did that very well + the parts that he bought to repair. It had extra parts in it for future repairs if necessary. I would thoroughly recommend dealing with Kam at First Choice Auto for anyone looking for a good quality car.
