A lot of times as a woman we get treated stupid when it comes to cars.However this time that was not the case, Joe at the collision center was not only helpful but he was SO pleasant. I am happy I used Jaffarian to repair my car and definitely will continue to in the future!

I've been shopping for a vehicle now for about 3-4 weeks and Jaffarian Toyota was by far the best dealership I've dealt with. Friendly , courteous staff and absolutely no pressure to buy. Ronnie R. was awesome! Easy to work with and especially friendly and was able to satisfy my requests with ease and at no additional cost. I would recommend many other Toyota dealerships follow their lead. They're doing right! Nice job Ronnie!

I have been a long time Volvo customer. I purchased my very 1st Volvo in 2000 and a 2nd Volvo in 2006 @ Jaffarian Volvo in Haverhill. I left for a bit but I still continued driving Volvos and leasing them in 2014, 2016, 2018, 2021 @ a dealership closer to my home. I am happy to say that I am back @ Jaffarian Volvo in Haverhill. They had the car I was looking for and I am now driving a 2024 Volvo XC60 B5 Dark lease. I could not be happier! The sales team, business manager, finance manager and service department were so professional, knowledgeable and treated me like a valued Volvo customer. I will continue to do business with the Jaffarian team in the future. My sincere thank you goes out to Hysen, Harut, Alfonso, Narek and the service department. You all made my leasing experience easy and stress free!

He guided me through the sales process and provided me a clear understanding of what was happening and what I should expect. He was able to work quickly with my budget and car needs. I left with a new car in less than 24 hours thanks to Andrew. I will be going back for future purchases or referrals!

I Came here for an oil change they took 2hrs wasted my damn time.. what the heck you did for 2 hrs ? Top up liquid and air pressure checked charged me for $200+ ???
