Had 12pm Wednesday delivery appointment, arrived 7 Am hoping I will get offloaded reasonably within hrs , I got dock at 2pm and left at 4 pm , I missed my next load. The lady with the big eye glass at the front office , pray you don’t meet her , she wore rude face during my visit here , I hope she changes that behavior, all drivers left crying that day

Got here for a pick up and in and out with in an hour. You can park on the street outside the warehouse but from 10pm to 6am no parking in some areas but you can park

I’ve been a truck driver in the U.S. for over 12 years, and this place was by far the most humiliating and disrespectful experience I’ve ever encountered. The radio communication system was a complete joke — unresponsive, rude, and downright hostile. Just saying “hi” gets you treated like you’ve insulted them personally. The staff act like you’re beneath them and go out of their way to make you feel unwelcome. They deliberately keep you waiting for no reason, with an arrogant attitude that screams, “you don’t matter.” This place is a disgrace to the industry. If you value your time, dignity, and self-respect, stay the hell away from here

I arrived 7 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment. Upon my arrival, I noticed two ladies —one in front and another behind a closed glass window in shipping and receiving. Unfortunately, neither greeted me nor acknowledged my presence for approximately 10 minutes. I was even standing two feet away from them to check in. It seems that basic courtesy and good manners are becoming less valued in today’s interactions.

Very nice facility no overnights parking I would suggest don’t come night time they open 6am I checked in 6am with 12pm appointment but they unload me within an hour clean bathroom

They don't unload at night, but you can park around the corner at Target and they open receiving up at 6am. I was unloaded immediately on arrival despite my 12pm appointment time. Good folks here

Just need to know how to schedule a delivery. Wish places would give more info on this but no, carriers are stuck trying to find info and nobody ever calls back.

Worse place ever check in 9:30am got door 2pm no overnight parking park by the gate if no truck there if already truck then park on street and come in office to check in they close 5pm cant overnight park on street big risk someone can hit you 9miles away have rest area on hwy 93

I arrived at 5:50 am for 7am delivery and was put right in a door. All the staff is really nice. There is good backing room but small and no parking.

The morning window clerk, Jenn, is the best! some of you dropping 1 star reviews based on your own attitude, bad driving, and late loads. I got right in for my 9am and docked. Treat that beautiful queen with some respect. Focus on getting better with yall Driver planning. But I will say the dock may need some daily red bulls lol

Receiving open 06:00 am early check in and clean wash room and Parking only on the street. ..very tight yard for backyard Overall it was a good experience. Unloading is quick..no overnight parking in company property..street parking is possible at own risk. There is a target parking lot close by if you need to park overnight. They do allow early check in if dock is available. Rest room is clean. Once you park you truck on the drive way.. go to door 7 next to the fence gate.
