“Always professional, courteous and helpful! Never ever had a bad experience, only place I will go with my 4 cars and I am confident enough in them to send my teens alone unlike the dealership!”
“I have had service on both all our cars here and am very happy with the shop. Fairly priced and quick turnaround. Very happy I don't have to go to a dealership!”
“I highly recommend haverhill Valvoline Instant Oil Change. I was there today for an oil change, and yes I had to wait a little it as I would anywhere on a Saturday - they were very busy. However you would never know it as I got friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service. I wish I got more names but Jean, Carlos and everyone provided excellent customer service and did a great job! Price wasn’t bad either.”
“Service was very good and done in a timely manner. I'm a senior citizen and may have appeared a little dumb, but they understood what I needed and didn't recommend additional work that I didn't want. I'll be back .”

“I don't think I've ever encountered such kind and empathetic people during a car crisis throughout my life. I had quite an insane situation that happened to me on a Friday afternoon on the way to my brother's wedding where at one point I got a flat tire. Triple A towed me to this place and these guys were genuinely good people who helped me out through a time of high stress and craziness. Most garages get a reputation of trying to rip people off, but I can with full honesty say everything I experienced here was the complete opposite of that. God bless this place.”
