Over the last few years, I have had to deal with Rhonda St. Pierre on a few occasions in person and on the phone. She is not the right person to handle customers due to her unprofessionalism, petty remarks and bad attitude. It is clear she is not happy with herself. That tackiness comes across when dealing with customers that appear, in her mind, to "have more" than her. I have closed our account at Pentucket Bank because of her unprofessionalism. .
