When it came to my first interaction with the new parent company I wasn't sure I'd experience the same level of attention and customer service as before. After a minor issue uncovering my past client records and history one of their sales reps, Rick, reached out to me to talk through the new business structure as well as provide me with peace of mind that not only would the transition be smooth but the services provided would be of equal or greater value. Not only did he work with me patiently by answering all my questions in a confident manner, he went so far as to work to expedite a propane delivery to me in less then 48 hrs but also continued to text me several times to keep me posted on delivery status and timing. Between that level of attention and the new mobile/online capabilities of the company that allows clients to track levels, place orders, and pay bills digitally I'll remain committed to being a customer of Hartmans/Haffners/Energy North.”

“My car sat for 2 weeks under a tree with all bird dropping and god knows what else all over it. Took it to Haffners and Joe could not have been nicer. He took extra time to scrub all the sides. he mentioned that it was baked on due to hot august sun so he allowed me to wash the car twice which was a world of difference. “I paid for a 20lb tank fill. I waited a while at propane fill after paying; but they are open late so that’s a good thing when you run out in the middle of cooking. I’ll definitely go back for propane and maybe something to eat. All the employees were nice and friendly, so for that, I’ll be going back for propane as well trying out the food. “Tropical Storm Isaias brought tree limbs down on my high voltage wire creating a single home power outage near the end of Eversource's service area in Southern New Hampshire on Tuesday. I would be one of the last homes restored as we were a single home outage and we are literally near the end of Eversource's service area. Thursday morning at 6:00 AM I put a web request for propane into Haffner's web site indicating our propane fuel level and a remark indicating we were still on our whole house generator. I expected delivery on Friday or Monday according to Haffner's normal summer time propane delivery schedule. Haffner's WOWED me by delivering propane Thursday morning around 7:00 AM. GREAT JOB!”
“Amerigas decided our propane tank needed replacement. They called well ahead of the actual visit to let us know they would doing that and that we didn't need to be at home. When the crew arrived, they simply removed and then replaced the tank, which was then filled via a delivery tanker. The individuals were efficient and easy to approach. One came to the door to explain that they would weigh the tank to determine how much gas remained, for a full refund that will be applied to the next bill. Easy and fast. Thanks!”
