    There were a lot of people waiting but the line moved at a good rate.

    Set an appointment for 12:50 but when I got there my appointment wasn't recognized and I had to wait until 1:20.

    When dropping office specimen you should not have to wait 45 minutes to be called. This need attention. Only takes a few seconds between patients to grab it.
