we ordered 3 items for pickup and asked that they hold it until this morning and they said it would be no issue. we looked at the email today to get the order number and it said it was already picked up. we did not pick it up so called target to figure things out. they said it was picked up at 6:30 am. 1, we were not awake at that time.. 2, the store isn't open at that time. now they want us to pay for the order again and they want to ship it to us and we would have to pay for shipping! we are less than 2 miles away from the store we wanted to pick it up at. they refuse to work with us and don't give us an option to pick it up. horrible customer service all around! the customer service person was Anna and wouldn't give us a way to reach her if there is a problem.

I bought groceries here at night (big mistake) I wanted a reprint of my receipt. I came in 30 minutes after I left for the reprint. They kept making excuses about how they can't reprint receipts or bring it up on the computer to even tell me a price I paid. Very weird

As I described earlier I visit this particular store as a convenience to me of a CVS consistently above average in their customer service. These are highly motivated staff with amazing grace.

Bought some vegetable oil tonight and as I'm approaching these self-checkout I'm the only one in the area. The person that was on duty or whatever you want to call it (cop) walked behind me and stood
literally two feet away on my left. Watched me scan my one item to my debt card like I was guilty of something... I bought oil for $3.49. this was 10 minutes ago.
