The Bixby Apartments are considered one of the better places to live, with residents appreciating the friendly staff and smooth application process. Staff members like Mackenzie, Debbie, and Sarah have been helpful, supportive, and understanding, making the transition easier for new tenants. The community is welcoming, and residents find the apartments beautiful. As a city living experience, it involves waking up to sounds of trains, emergency vehicles, and construction, which is a change for those coming from rural areas. Overall, residents feel positive about their experience and hope for continued improvement as they settle into their new home.
The Bixby is ok, Mackenzie is the best worker they have and the only one I would talk to about the issues I was having. Anthony was nice too.

Our experience hasn’t started yet! Hopefully by the end of next weekend! The process of applying and searching has been the smoothest transition we have gone through! We want to thank Mackenzie and Debbie and Sarah for helping us through the process !!

Really amazed by the help, support and understanding from both Sara and Debbie. Great experience with the application process for now. The place is beautiful and the few people I met along the way have been friendly and great examples of what you would want for a neighbor. Wish me luck!
