I called for a vehicle 2017 jeep that was listed on the website that gatekeeper said we don't have it then hung up on me when i called again she hung up again I guess now i know why they have low rating because they have no manners.

The owner is awful he gave me a car on payment I’ve had to fix the gas because it had a gas leak I had to pay 650$ for a new gas tank then another 306$ for a new alternator belt and 175$ to have it put in at a shop now another 100$ for a new battery. Plus I have a printed out paperwork of everything wrong with the car my car is on payment there no way he didn’t know bout all these issues I go to him to get reimbursed for everything I’ve had to pay for he said no completely ignores my calls . When it’s the dealership responsibility to fix everything especially when it is on payment he wasn’t even supposed to give me a car especially on payment with a gas leak because it’s dangerous. Legally my car falls under the lemon law when I told him that he didn’t care told me pay for my car to be fixed . When legally it’s his responsibility to fix it especially a gas leak . I got all the receipts and the paperwork from the shop proving what wrong with it and the paparazzi proving it’s on payment. I’ll NEVER go back there and I’ve told everyone I know not to go there .

Worst experience ever in my life never again please people go somewhere else save your money don't spend not even a penny on these people. They really great in taking money but not giving good service. They really know how to talk you in a sink hole. Got a car there a month ago only use the car for ten minutes the engine light came on. Now back to the shop for them to fix a car that I used for only ten minutes out of a month. Now I'm paying for a car note and insurance for nothing for a car that I used for only ten minutes. So you tell me if you want to deal with this lovely experience.

The selling point is you will get in a car no matter what: the catch; if you change your mind it will be like pulling teeth to get your deposit back, there's a 50/50 chance they give you a mucked up Carfax and you end up with a lemon or a vehicle that will have a major malfunction within the first three months.
Got sold a GMC with a well-hidden rotted undercarriage. Took a major loss from it. Stay away.

Very sketchy business. Make sure to not shop at this place. The owner and employees are rude and they wouldn’t answer any of my questions. They would only stick out the pay machine and wanted me to swipe my card to put a deposit down. I told him I didn’t have my card and he insisted I use apply pay and continued to stick the square machine in my face. I just walked away and left and now I’m writing this review the next day in my new car that I got from the dealership right down the road. Read all these negative reviews. The positive 5-star review are obviously fake and are the owners posting them. BUYER BEWARE!!

My husband got me a minivan there and everything went great.

This place looks like the chum bucket It’s a joke all they do is waste your time and take your money and not do anything and let the car sit there and not fix the problems that’s with the car . If I can put zero stars, i would . I wouldn’t buy a car from here

Absolute worst car buying experience. They sold me a car that has never passed inspection. I’ve brought the car back to them for them to let it sit on their lot and not fix it. Anthony added a 2 year warranty to my financial agreement that I couldn’t use because I needed a diagnosis from Topline. They removed my rear driveshaft without my knowledge and claimed they fixed the rear differential, they did not. I told Anthony I didn’t want the car the same day I received it and he told me the deal was done. So I’ve been stuck with a car that won’t pass inspection and calling or showing up with the car has gotten me absolutely nowhere. They scam everyone that walks through their doors!

Bought a car here 2 years ago with a bad turbo. For 21k…. Went to trade it in and got 1500$ for the car. Scam artists . They don’t look over any vehicle that comes in or out .
