Our equipment was unsafe. The front of the trailer did not have a safety pin and both the man and woman at the uhaul place insisted it did not need one. While driving in New York, the trailer did come off, like we told them it would, and jammed under my car. Sparks went everywhere, and someone could've wiped us right off the highway had a tractor trailer not seen what was happening and stopped traffic behind us. We were able to unjam is and resecure it enough to bring it to home depot for a make shift pin the rest of our trip. The back lift/handle was broken, which we knew about, but why give that to a customer?

I have no clue why there is negative comments here, maybe a bunch of Karen’s are Kevin’s that like to just complain. I walked right in and was greeted by Natalie, she was very nice and it was a smooth process. Brought it back before 5 the same day and there was a guy working who was dealing with the pumps that weren’t working. Said he’d take care of it when he could and would email me. Transaction was completed a few hours later.

This place sucks! Took way too long to get the rental and the guy said he'd be there at 830 the next morning wasn't even there at 930 nvm 830! Go to enterprise they are better!

Picked up our U-haul truck here for a move to our new apartment. Went smoothly, the truck I reserved was clean and worked perfectly. They had a few different truck options in the lot. Easy experience.

Easy rentals here. No complicated paperwork. Staff is helpful & pleasant. Gas prices are reasonable if you have to refill. Good selection of beer & wine.

If I could give it less I would. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sad to say that other review sites states U-Haul is very bad about addressing customer complaints so chances are that this will not be addressed, so if you are thinking about going there expect horrible customer service and walking away without getting served and then not being able to get moved. When I checked in, I asked about the possibility of getting a larger truck, apparently I had no right to ask such a question because after asking two questions about confirming price the girl responded, "I do not have time for this you can go online and when you know what you want come and get me" then walked away. After standing there a few minutes to calm down and figure out what happened I went after her. She was sweeping out a truck. I admit at this time I was sarcastic and asked "Excuse me, do you think you can perform some customer service and help me." She continued sweeping and said she would be in when she was done. I was about to ask her another question about me already being checked in and only got two words out when she said, so now you are going to talk over me, so NO, I am not going to help you. She got in the cab and drove away. I would like to know since when is it inappropriate for a customer to ask additional questions about getting a better product or service? Was it the fact that I was black or human that the girl disliked?

The woman behind the counter is very rude. My daughter reserved a truck online and put me down as the driver. She had sent the company a picture of my license and all of the pertinent information. When I tried to pick the truck up she was trying to write up a new contract and make me pay with my card. I question her about it and she threw me out and made my daughter drive 40 minutes to drive the truck off of the lot.I will never rent from haul again! This is the first time that I have ever written a bad review on any business in my life.

Clean truck, easy pickup, and the owner was extremely professional. After UHaul messed up our reservation at another location, we were able to book a truck at K's Fuel Stop at the last minute. The owner was VERY helpful and super nice. Honestly one of the best experiences I've had using UHaul. Highly recommend this place.

My cousin had a rude encounter with young girl at the front desk . She was swearing at him because he could not rent the truck.
