Good luck getting your passport done here. The old white lady was very rude to my POC family members who got it done at this location and was complaining about irrelevant things about my family. Everyone's situation is different and no employee should be doing that. They waited hours past the appointment time. If you hate your job retire or quit... don't project your sad life on others. Shame on you!

If you have Fragile Packages don't even bother. Just go to a different location.

Ms. Nneka is very efficient! She helped with questions and was one of the nicest people I’ve met. I will come back to Haverhill USPS! Thank you Nneka!

The front desk clerk, Bob, provides terrible customer service. He’s complaining about the postal service and supervisors while swearing at the counter. He also said he got a complaint by a customer because he’s swearing at the counter and he got in trouble for it unbelievable.

Very annoyed that I was told I can put mail on hold that I can personally pick up while everything was being transferred to my new address. I signed aswell to say pick up only not only have I not received any of my important mail but also the customer service was horrible I do work for customer service so I know how to make my guests feel more at ease about a situation not more aggravated.

Just found put from a former USPS worker that their system for shipping packages is flawed due to a variety of issues including days of delays when something's not perfect with the package. Apparently, many times it revolves around lack of qualified personnel to investigate and solve the issue to get the package moving through the system. I've just been through a second situation with a delay on a 2-day package that took 10 days to be shipped from MA to FL. I had pre-addressed and pre-paid the package myself, so I know there was nothing wrong with it. I understand that the USPS is looking to increase rates again. I sincerely hope they spend more on training and staffing competent people this time.

Worst service I’ve ever had. I’d highly recommend driving to any other towns post office. I had an appointment for a passport I showed up 2 minutes late to after plowing for the town the whole night before and working my normal job the whole day and the employees didn’t even had he slightest bit of common courtesy towards me. They were actually very rude and should not be employed in any type of job that includes dealing with customers.

Don't know how to deliver the mail

Terrible , terrible customer service. The lady who answers the phone says her carrier delivered a package at our residence. Package was scanned “delivered”. Did not see anyone on our porch surveillance the entire day. No package left. Lady is in denial her carrier has anything to do with package. Since carrier said he dropped it off, she says what he says is true. Still waiting to hear back from anyone at the post office. It’s been four days. No one stole the package from our front porch. It was just never delivered. This is the second negative experience I’ve had with the Haverhill post office. The first was quite disturbing. Lady at the post office wouldn’t help a Spanish-speaking customer because he did not speak any English. Her words exactly “come back when you can speak English” . It seemed he was trying to mail a package of shoes to his country. I do not speak Spanish. I wish I did. I would have helped :(Who hires these people???

USPS insurance is a scam. I purchased it and then the package and it's contents were damaged during handling. They made sure to stamp it acknowledging the damage. I file a claim. They tell me to bring it down. They take pictures and then deny the claim stating insufficient proof of value. I file an appeal and provide far more proof than necessary. They deny it again the same day. They have no problem taking money for the insurance but will not pay out when they're responsible. The manager claimed the item wasn't packaged properly as if it wouldn't have been damaged if it was. No wonder the USPS is struggling. Seems like a bunch of crooks

This place is a joke. If you need anything from them, other than stamps or cashiers check, don’t bother going they will fight you’d tooth and nail to get your mail. My girlfriend changed her address twice in their system and got mail in the beginning of her moving, but after a couple months, the mail stopped coming. We checked twice why she wasn’t getting mail and they said it was because her name was not in the mailbox. It’s a joke because half of the apartment building doesn’t have their name in the mailbox yet they still get mail. Make that makes sense. Why would she get mail when she first moved and then just stops out of nowhere??? The lady behind the counter, who was the manager was one of the rudest most argumentative people and Customer Service I have ever met.
