Just want to say I shop at Walgreens few times a week and their staff is wonderful always polite and helpful .. today a gentleman Sebastian helped me with a big order I had with a smile on his face the whole time ..Cole the manager is awesome!!

Went here to get my son formula, bottles and diapers and was rung out by Sebastian. He was so pleasant and friendly! It was very late at night too and some cashiers I’ve run into at other stores that late would sometimes be short with me. Not Sebastian! This was two years ago but it was a bad day and the fact that he was not a jerk made my day better. :)

Idk man that Sebastian character needs a raise. I saw this man get angry because he said hello to him. Was so rude. Sebastian made me feel welcomed. Chill dude.

This place is usually great, I would give it 4 stars normally, or not even review it, because I have never had a problem there it's always slow easy to get in and get out, and then today I met the rudest cashier I've ever met in my life.
I dont know who Sebastian at the cash register is, and I dont know what God did to him, but he is an angry rude person who you should probably keep away from customers. Is he working for free? Is it like an prison release deal? Because I can t understand who would hire a person to alienate all your customers.

This store has, one may argue, breached my confidentiality in front of other customers numerous times. They have insulted me based on the Rx I take numerous times including stating "I can't stand junkies." Luckily my son was too young to understand, he was only 6-7 at the time. Finally today they are withholding my prescription for the 3rd time even when my insurance will cover it. I've never been anything but respectful and it's places like this that have killed thousands of ppl due to personal feelings towards ppl who some are actually trying to live a productive life. Not everyone is out to play you and while I understand how it may be a bit of conditioning, someone has to speak up before they cause any other ppl suffering to lose their battle

This USED to be a fantastic store, it's been sad to see it take such a deep dive. Whatever management they brought in over the past year or so has done more damage than anyone I've seen there in all the years I've been a customer. The outstanding staff they had disappeared quickly, one by one, and no one "knew " anything. I left my last Walgreens due to massive changes that left me with not one recognizable face, and my prescriptions became a problem. This store's just done the same. New faces, not a single person I recognize. It's shameful, really. These new people are way off their game, medicines our of stock, saying they're there only to be told I'll have to wait 3 more days for it to come. Wonderful. I'm already 3 days behind this medicine, now it will be 6 days.I'm fed up and moving to another Walgreens where I do recognize a few people, and hope for improvement over what I've experienced lately.If you're curious, here are the Walgreens in order of my switching due to unhappiness with the service/staff unfortunate changes.Walgreens Main St. Haverhill 2000-about 2011Walgreens River St. Haverhill 2011-2023Walgreens Plaistow Rd. I was returning a call from the River St Haverhill location at 7:51pm on Friday the 20th and was put on hold for 40 minutes 29 seconds and still no one picked up ( I didn't realize they closed so early BUT. technically they were still open for 9 minutes! ?♀️ JS ) but I couldn't wait any longer on hold so I hung up and called back to speak with the manager on duty in the store to find out WHY no one picked up cause they r supposed to be open till 8pm but she said she didn't know why they didn't pick up.Then she refused to give me her name and the pharmacies managers name who was on tonight! I didn't as for last names ONLY first names but she told me she's not giving me any names! If this isn't bad service and bad management then IDK what is!!! And if they had my medication in stock they would've had to call me and this wouldn't have happened! All wrong from start to finish! Definitely not fair to me! ?

Worst service ever encountered placed a call to Walgreens four times and after 20 minutes of hold on each call was disconnected. I even then tried to call in as a provider and was also disconnected.Absolutely no way to reach this pharmacy at all and their phone system doesn’t work at all they were three callers in front of me on each call and I got cut off on everyone.I spent over an hour and a half trying to reach this pharmacy don’t waste your time go somewhere else

Your Pharmacist CHI is outstanding !! Was in your Haverhill store today looking for a cure for my wifes severe Migrain headache and Chi came out to the aisle to help me find a medication based on my explanation of my wifes symptoms. Do your store a favor Walgreens and give this young lady a raise !! Thanks again Chi !
