Have an older cooktop. Took a few appointments to get it going back to 100% however staff was always pleasant and efficient. Always got email updates about parts which was very much appreciated and even spoke to owner once who is very friendly and helpful. Jason and other technician that came out were really great. Hassle Free. Diagnosed my issue in a short amount of time. They had to order the parts, but said I could still use the dryer until they came in. Once the parts were in the same gentlemen came back to replace them. Cost was expected with no hidden fees. The gentlemen was courteous and communicated everything to me. Would definitely use them again.

I've had the pleasure of using this company a couple of times due to Kitchenaid suggested service providers. While I understand that it takes time to set up an appointment, we waited and the tech decided with the help of Kitchenaid service rep. that a panel needed to be replaced. (not sure why I have to pay a service fee when I could probably call kitchenaid myself) Parts were ordered and we were contacted to set up an appointment to install. They set the appt's in 4 hour blocks - I accepted the appt time and on that day I had a schedule change that I could not avoid. I contacted this provider early in the morning to try to find out where in the block I was, as I wasn't going to be home the last hour and half block. The not so friendly person that answers the phone, has to be the rudest person I've ever dealt with - she's like the appointment police, telling me that this was my appt etc......Just beware of every move they make and question everything the technician does - and for goodness sake, don't try to change your appt without going through a rude process. I'm only using this provider as if something falls under warranty, they have to be involved.Service: Refrigerator repair

I purchased a washer and dryer at Best Buy along with an extended warranty as this was a very expensive investment. Shortly after the washer started experiencing issues. When reported to whirlpool, they sent wsh as a third party company to diagnose/fix the machine. They came to look at it and said that it had something to do with the electricity, which was in fact incorrect. Once this issue was reported again to Best Buy’s corporate department, they were able to send out their own staff to fix the machine and after exhausting different attempts they stated that it was an issue with the actual machine and ended up replacing the machine. Now, WSH Appliance is submitting a small claims as a result of not receiving payment when they never completed the job. Not only was it not completed, their diagnose was false and poor and only showed that they didn’t want to deal with it. Now this company wants to go to court for a service they did not provide. The gentleman first attempted to charge me on the phone and, after I explained to him that this was a service included in the extended warranty that I purchased, he threatened to bring me to court, which is exactly what he is doing. He said that he is used to doing this and will keep doing it. It is unfair and very unprofessional for this company to be charging me for a service they aren’t supposed to be charging for. If that were the case, they should be in contact with whirlpool directly not me as the customer.Services: Dryer repair

This is a reply on behalf of Noel Ortega:Thank you for your prompt response. This was not a customer usage problem. The machine indeed had issues which were all covered by the warranty, including manufacturer's warranty and extended warranty coverage. As you guys were adamant about an unfairly charged expense, I contacted Best Buy Corporate team and Mr. Cesar Castillo and his team instructed us to not make any payments as this was all covered by the insurance purchased, as you are a vendor for these type of warranties. This may be a policy that your company has for independent customer service, but it isn't something that should be done to those of us who pay a lot of extra money to have these things covered. When speaking to Best Buy's Corporate team and Management they were certain that I was being charged incorrectly so. Also, I never received any of the letters that you are mentioning here, I would have reached out to you then. All of the issues were always the same with the machine, I never reached back out to you because it wasn't going anywhere in terms of getting this situated. I contacted the corporate team and they were able to send out their own crew who diagnosed and tried different things to fix the machine and once all options were exhausted they had to replace the machine as it was indeed a machine issue, certainly not customer usage. I would like for us to come to a solution this very unfortunate matter as you can see, this had nothing to do with the way the machine was being used.I hope to hear back from you soon,NoelService: Washing machine repair

So quick and easy!! I called WSH Appliance Service this morning because my electric dryer was squeaking loudly. They sent Jay out this afternoon. Jay was very courteous and communicated everything to me -- "is this ok" and so forth, whenever there was a decision to be made. He also put a slider mat under the dryer to protect my floors while he worked. Perfect! Now my dryer is running beautifully again. Thank you so much!!

They do not communicate with ETA on parts. No parts for the foreseeable future but they will not tell you and take your appointment money. Then they will delete your review of them oncebook and block you. customer BEWARE. Quicker to buy another dryerService: Washer/dryer repair

I had an oven door glass warranty service repair done a few months ago. From scheduling to the final repair visit, everything was handled very professionally. The tech. who did the work was very pleasant and took great care in replacing the glass, and made sure that it was done very cleanly. Overall, a great experience!

Fixed our washing machine after dealing with another repair service for 4 months.Other repair service replaced 3 parts, still not working. They were blaming us for loads too big.I had said why did the machine work for 9 months with no issue?I called WSH after talking to the Speed Queen customer service. Technician came and fixed the issue in 20 minutes. Wish I had called them first. I will for now on…Service: Washer/dryer repair

Stove door was defective from the factory. I did not use the oven for months due to a kitchen remodel after it was delivered new. I soon noticed the door was lose and not shutting tight. After a quick call to the manufacturer (AMANA) I received a call almost right away from WSH with an appointment. The tech diagnosed the hinge and within a week he was back to replace. the worst- if you want someone to come out repeatedly and never fix your problem, call these guys.
