I recently visited this store to pick up an online order, but my scheduled pickup time had expired and my order was canceled. Despite this, the staff went above and beyond to locate my order and provided me with all the items at the same online price. Their behavior was extremely helpful and friendly. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service! Highly recommended.

Shopping is such a daunting task for me but the sales associates made it such a great experience today. I went into the store for the perfect pair of jeans and both girls who were working were extremely helpful. One of them pulled out every jean in my size in an attempt to help me find the perfect pair. I appreciate her effort so much. I will definitely return to this store and would recommend it!

Very helpful staff helped me exchange an item. It was going to be more expensive to exchange but the lovely assistant looked online and found it cheaper, so I got a small refund to exchange! Wish we had AE in the UK 🇬🇧!

Customer service picking out the jeans was good. I placed an online order in the store and....never showed up. The store says they can SEE my order online....the customer service department says it does not exist....I was told this is called a GHOST order. I paid for the item but never received it. Now...I have to WAIT for an investigation of the GHOST order to be granted a REFUND! Even if I wanted the item ( which I did for a gift) they are now no longer available. Never order online from the store is the lesson I have learned the hard way.

I had the pleasure of being helped by salesperson Ashley at Derby Street location American Eagle today. From the moment I walked in she was friendly, helpful, asked questions to help make a good selection for an upcoming festival I was attending and I left with two perfect purchases that I most likely would not have picked out alone. She was super, by far the best salesperson I have ever met, certainly an asset to your company.

This location has good and maybe even better varieties of merchandise than other locations in the area. I want to especially thank Ashley who helped us with great advice and sales. She took great care of us, answered all questions very positively and friendly and helped us save money. We spent around $200 at the end and she just made our day! An incredible customer service from her!We will definitely come back to shop more here.
